The process on line was pretty simple. Sadly that day there was a payment issue where I paid for the item but it was rejected. I learned this after receiving an email that the transaction did not go through. I tried chatting with the sit chat as the number online was not a working number. I was given 2 new numbers from chat. I finally googled a number, reached customer service and they were very helpful, processed my order, and it was made and sent to me within 10 days. Overall I'm very pleased. My only complaint is that I felt the shift was to expensive. I paid $48 and I believe a T with front and back print should be more on the $38 side.

The t-shirts look amazing! The whole ordering process was seamless, from ordering on the website to notifications and to delivery of the product! I am very pleased!

We have placed many orders over the last 10 or 12 years, for our family Christmas t-shirts and also for a couple of family vacations. The customer service is always great - every agent has seemed interested in finding the right design for our shirts each time and the art department always comes through in taking a rough idea for what we want and finding the perfect graphic design, colors, etc., to make our shirts beautiful. The shirts always arrive quickly and we have never had a problem with any step of the process.

I have ordered custom designed t-shirts from Custom Ink for over 15 years. The online design tools have been easy to use, the shirts are of high quality, and the technical assistance, when needed, is superb. I will continue using Custom Ink in the future.

A local company referred me to Custom Ink because they do orders as small as 1 T shirt. I was very happy with my Custom Ink experience, as I have never ordered anything like this before. Out of 10 stars they get 15 in my book! I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

It was so easy to use the website to create my own custom t-shirt, sweatshirt and hoodie. I wanted to stay true to my color scheme for my brand, so it was a little tricky finding items that were close - I had to go to the manufacturers website to see the color mix for each of the items - it would be super helpful to have that on the custom ink site. However, all in all a seamless experience - thank you!

I completely loved the process of designing the sweatshirt and thought the website was easy to use. I was very happy with all of the options available and the various text fonts and images available. However, I was really disappointed in the quality of the printing on the sweatshirt when it arrived. The ink seemed cheap and low quality. Additionally, the color of the ink (navy) was not as expected. It was more royal blue. Had I known I would have only used white ink and probably would not have been so disappointed. It makes me less likely to use the service again even though I enjoyed the design process and love the Gildan product available.

Because it was a very special t-shirt that I wanted, the young man took all the time and effort necessary to make it come out even better than I wanted! What amazing customer service, like no other I could have encountered in my situation and expectations!

The design options as well as the different products that the design can be placed on, make Custom Ink a great place for people to create custom products without owning a t-shirt shop. I have used Custom Ink for years. I have used them to make youth Lego Team shirts, silly holiday gifts and, just recently, a shirt for myself and the three other 4th grade teachers at my school.
