Very happy with all the t shirts I’ve bought. Disappointed and displeased with the navy hoodies color bleeding in the wash multiple times and ruining other clothes

If you have a 1 or 2 color print needed on apparel, it will be decent. Pricing is higher than many places, but the ETAs are true to description. If you have a multicolor print that they are doing digitally, expect a sticker like iron on style logo, that feels clunky and cheap. Spent ~$60 each for hoodies that I don't/won't be able to sell for a fraction of the purchase price.

Shirts are nice feeling on the skin, Hoodies are incredibly soft on the inside. Overall very beautiful and im happy we made this purchase for our store.

Not happy with how the hoodies turned out

Customer service was outstanding! I was able to get my order in two days earlier than expected and the product came out amazing (minus the hoodie sizing). Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

The overall experience with Custom Ink exceeded my expectations. The design team noticed a possible important, although minute, detail that may have needed correction, and they reached out to me personally to ensure the design I customized for my hoodie was 100% correct and intentional. The ability to be able to customize a name brand fabric at an affordable price and have the end result be as exquisite as it is, is all the confirmation I need to know I will be a repeat customer for life, and refer any and all persons who may ask where they can customize their designs with exceptional end results and affordability. I have purchased T-shirts, hoodies and long sleeve shirts from Custom Ink for many many years for our family trips. The quality has always been very good and they do a great job with the printing and designs. It's so easy to do the design on the website It takes no time at all. Wouldn't think of purchasing from any other company for personalized clothing.

The shirts look great and the speed of printing allowed us to get them in time for our choir performance today. The only problem is I had two students who accidentally selected YM instead of M (adult medium) on the hoodies they ordered, so the hoodie is way too small. Is there anything we can do about that?

First time I’ve ever had something screen printed before and this was an anniversary gift for my wife. Was super worried about the quality of the print and if it would be correctly centered. The print came out fantastically, was perfectly centered and the overall quality frankly exceeded my expectations. My wife absolutely loves it and couldn’t be happier. 10/10 would use you guys again for future purchases. The hoodie was so well received we’ve had requests for stickers of the dog (which is our own dog in the cow costume that I had a friend turn into a drawing), so we’ll probably in the near future be ordering stickers of that design!! Well done all around, thank you guys!

My overall experience will greatly depend on if we can fix the hoodie order with a correct color. I know that other teams in my organization have had great experiences, and I will still continue with my t-shirt order because Nisheka is making sure that I have what I want. I would not have known the color was off though if I had not already received my hoodie order.

Its a pleasure designing on your site, but skipped over the cust serv eval, being I didn't rec any customer service aside from emails. And I wish there were more "one off" options (products/ color choices), Outside of that, zero hassle & no complaints. I'm very happy with how my hoodie came out.
