Because it was a very special t-shirt that I wanted, the young man took all the time and effort necessary to make it come out even better than I wanted! What amazing customer service, like no other I could have encountered in my situation and expectations!

Everything was great from creating to receiving. Got my order way faster than I ever expected and the quality of the print is terrific. No errors or smudges.

I like them. It was easy to order with no hidden fees like other websites I have used.

Really pleased with how easy it was to order merchandise samples and it was refreshing to not feel forced or strong armed into ordering, their was little to no follow up which allowed plenty of time to determine which sample to order. Once ordered the shipment arrived in reasonable time and I'm very satisfied with the end product.

This was a very pleasant experience. There were changes to the original design - that Custom Ink did - and there was no problem with the designer making those changes. The person who was the connection between myself and the designer was pleasant, prompt with answering all questions, meeting with me was great and her communication to the designer was accurate. The shirts look great and they met the deadline - even got it earlier - all in all the experience and the results could not be better.

Will shop no where else but here.

Due to the company restructuring, took two weeks to get a response via email. No it is office motivation or anything. Once the order was placed, it sat in limbo for three days, no approval email sent. I had to contact the company and the two took no responsibility for the lack of communication or flow. Needed the shirts on a deadline and received no reassurance the company would express ship the order to keep the deadline they originally promised. I did get the shirts on time, however, the printing was not done correctly. I've ordered multiple times in the past with no problems. Not happy with the chaos and lack of experience from the company this time.

I love the ability to see the finished mockup with the logo on it. No one else has that. Wish you had pocket tees in 4 XL so I did not have to go elsewhere to get them. It was so easy to use the design upload.

Easy transaction. No problens

Pricing was unfair for product quality, printing was blurry on 2 of the 4 shirts and would’ve still been overpriced even without that issue. The custom names on the back were smaller than expected, especially since I did not include numbers. However, the quality of the shirts were good, but I have no experience with customer service because the shirts received will work ok, they just did not meet my expectations.

No issues. I appreciate that the cost wasn't extreme for one print.

After Custom Ink tried to bust me on "copyright" of my own last name, delaying my order, I was finally able to convince them I am no affiliation to the entity that shares my last name that I did not even know existed, and my order was fulfilled beautifully.

Pleased with the received product. No issues at all. The group is happy with all the colors and how the design turned out.
