I caught a spelling error 5 minutes after I placed the order. I contacted customer service and my options were either cancel…but they couldn’t actually guarantee the item would be cancelled. Or request an edit… but they couldn’t actually guarantee an edit. Annoyed I caught the issue very soon after ordering but it didn’t get fixed and now I have a dumb, useless shirt.

They’ve changed the way they print on comfort colors shirts. Would not order again.

The process was easy. The price was fair. The shirt came in great condition. And the arrival was quickly. What more can you ask for.

The website and printing is very good but very low quality shirt in this case which was what I was worried about.

Enjoy using the site and creating the t-shirt, however sizing seems off and the print was a little grainy

Please contact me. I have a problem with the print on one of the 8 shirts. The print has come off and is uneven.

I'm disappointed with the shirt I received. The front image was printed too low on the shirt, much lower that I designed it. Image quality was good, but placement was bad.

Ordering was easy. Uploading and configuring/sizing of graphics was precise. Appreciated when upload was not the required resolution for a clear print and was requested to provide another. Color choices and quality of Gildan shirt were great. Delivery was as stated on order, arriving a day early. Would highly recommend Custom Ink for custom printing.

The process of ordering the shirts was extremely easy. I was intimidated at first but had no problems at all. The site is user friendly and gave a lot of design options.

Custom Ink was the only place I could find that would allow me to design and order just one T-shirt. I was extremely appreciative of that and they did an amazing job and they did not skimp on the quality. The T-shirt material was high quality and very soft. The printing I requested was perfectly executed and looks like it will last a long time. I'm very happy. I will be ordering from Custom Ink again soon.
