The staff are friendly and helpful, and the quality of the printing is excellent. Some of the sizes in the colors I wanted were not available. Staff helped me find another choice, but turned out to be a 50/50 blend instead of 100% cotton. 100% cotton is important to me.

I've ordered several times from CustomInk over the years, and my recent tri-blend shirt order was fulfilled as I desired. I appreciate CustomInk's consistency in good quality products.

I like the Hanes Authentic T-shirt in the Charcaol Heather which is a mixed blend material. Not realizing black in the same shirt is 100% cotton I added that to my order. I was disappointed when I received those since 100% cotton is so heavy. I was first placing my ordering through the "chat". The price he was emailing me to pay was significantly more than the cost when I put the same order in online.

The District Tri-Blend is an excellent product and very happen with the look and feel. I am disappointed I could not get all my shirts in the District Tri-Blend due to Inventory availability and colors. The other shirts that I purchased that were not District Tri-blend already irritate my sensitive skin, fit tighter, and will probably be donated to charity after my event. Not sure if I would use Custom Ink again.

I ordered this custom shirt just for fun and to see how it would turn out and I was very disappointed. I have a couple Bella tri-blend t-shirts with designs on them and the shirts have retained their feel and character. However, the screen printing process used in the shirt I ordered from you guys totally changes the feel and reason for having such a soft, breathable shirt. While my design is probably about 4-5 inches in size, you can feel the screen printing material on the entire front side of the shirt. It completely ruins the shirt. When I ordered this, i thought it would just be the logo I made that would have any textured feel, instead there is an invisible material covering the front of the t-shirt. I would like to return this for a refund, if possible.

Website is easy to use, numerous templates to choose from and love the Gildan dry blend. This is my second time ordering and I love it!

Hello, the quality of the T-shirt is low and the description of a performance blend is inaccurate. The sizing runs large. The printing is great and the use of the website to design is very easy to use and the options of fonts graphics are good. I purchased this tri blend performance tank for a sports activity but the material and construction are inadequate for my use.

The website is easy to use and it is VERY easy to design your shirt. I wish that the description of the actual shirt was better though. I purchased the Bella + Canvas Tri-Blend T-shirt - Grey Tri-Blend shirt and it is incredibly thin. You can actually see through the shirt. I wish that I knew that before purchasing and that customink had some type of guide to know that type of material/shirt was "see through." I'll never purchase THAT shirt again, but I'll use custom ink again.

After I submitted my order, I started getting texts about my order because I did sign up for texts alerts. I asked for a slight revision, not really thinking there was a real person behind the text (I thought it was just an automated text). To my surprise, I was able to make the revision through text message. The product is great - I love it! I love that it's a tri-blend material. I really could only find cotton on all of the other sites, and I wanted something more durable and comfortable.

Pros: The shirt was SUPER easy to design and *mostly* looked like what I wanted (though the contrast was just a little less than expected). That's mostly a lesson learned for me with colors and borders. The process and timing were super smooth and I'd use them again for a quick small run. Cons: The shirt was stiff and slightly scratchy when I got it. I was expecting it to be the super soft blend shirts but maybe that's my bad. When I got online to try to talk to a customer service rep, I typed in my question and just got some canned, mostly inappropriate response clearly from a bot. Not really wanting to go through the whole rigamaroll, I just quit and said "hey, I ordered 2 shirts, I'm sure they don't care."

It was so easy to design the exact shirt I wanted on the site. The Bella+ Canvas Tri-Blend Tees were soft and of a really nice quality. The printing was high quality and the shirts were delivered on time. It was an all around great experience. I will definitely come back to Custom Ink again.

The Bella tri-blend shirts run very small so be sure to order a size larger than you think you need.

Great site to make custom shirts, but do not order the tri-blend option. The fabric is rough and feels a bit cheap, also they run small, so size up at least a size.

The customer service was outstanding! The t-shirts came out great, although I wish the Tri-blend fabric was a bit thicker.

I think my overall service was 50/50. I feel like it could have been made better by not melting my poly blend shirts and by sizing my logo appropriately across youth and adult sizes.
