I don't know why I waited or was hesitating so much, but on a whim I tried CustomInk out and now, they are my exclusive source for custom shirts and products.

I was trying to build a shirt that was super lightweight with gildan signature soft fit. The event is outside in Florida and gets hot very quickly. You made a bunch of orange shirts for an organization called best buddies. That blended material is what I’m looking for. Super lightweight., breathes and dries quickly.

Working with Custom Ink was simple and easy. Even though I didn’t have a face-to-face experience, or an over the phone experience, I will say that when the I contacted customer service they be try professional, helpful, and answered all of my questions.

I was initially hesitant to order the shirt because I thought there would be complications with my potentially copyrighted images, but that turned out not to be an issue - so bonus points there. However, I basically can't wear the shirt because it's too small and doesn't look very good. For nearly $50, it's a bit of a disappointment. Feels like if I tried another order, it would be rolling the dice.

Custom Ink tries their hardest to fly through orders, they do not quality check your clothing before shipping it out; leaving problems for you to deal with after paying for over priced printing

Overall good. Just disappointed I can't seem to make my logo larger on the front face of the hats. Interacted with customer service for another style hat I tried 1 sku of and had a logo placement issue. Rep quickly resolved by sending it for a reprint and delivery. Look forward to more orders in the future.

Placed an order last month and the screen printing was either too small or crooked. Customer service was good on getting the 1st order rectified so I figured I'd give them another try. The second order also had issues, the logo was also too small, crooked or not in the right place. Logo was supposed to be on left pocket area and a couple shirts the logo is almost directly under the neck line. A couple shirts came with a landscaping companies logo on the back.

Great company. Tons of options! I was trying to get the same shirt type and color for Youth sizes and Adult sizes in both short and long sleeve which was very hard to do. But otherwise, they have a ton of options. I love their Tri-Blend T-shirts which are very soft. They had a lot of graphic choices too for our shirt logo.

I actually tried to do a "chat" on your website last night to THANK YOU .... all of you at Custom Ink ..... for the absolutely perfect and lovely job you did in t he printing of my tshirts. When I sent the design through the system to be printed I realized it wasn't "up to snuff" but I couldn't "fix it" with my very low tech skills so I sent it to you and said a prayer. PRAYER ANSWERED AND THEN SOME ! It's perfect beyond the telling. I wore it once on Saturday and I have already had 4 people ask me where I got it ! I will have to find your price chart so I can see what the cost would be to order more shirts. Can you tell I am over the moon happy with you people .... you "inksters" :) I am. God bless you.

All was very good in the printing of my art onto a shirt..my task now is to find a shirt that fits properly..the tri blend is a bit thin and slightly tight..I should have read the description a little better as it notes precisely that. 😊

The website and designing was easier to work with than other brands I tried. I also was very pleased with the customer service and willingness to help. Kadeem was a rockstar and got us a nice discount too.

The day after I placed my order, I checked in on the status and looked at the proof of the design, which was slightly different from the original. I chatted with customer service and they said it had already been sent to the printer and couldn't be adjusted. Fast, probably not a big deal, but it rubs me the wrong way that any changes would be made to the design and sent to the printer without being approved by the customer. When the shirts arrived, the layout looked fine enough, but the quality of the print is piss-poor. Feels cheap, blurry edges. The odd, blurry edges crate the appearance of an undesirable white outline around the black letters on the tie-dye shirt. Maybe their screen printing services are better, but this digital print job is trash; not the work of a company trying to be taken seriously. I submitted pictures and such when my order arrived, but have yet to hear back from customer service before this solicitation for a review arrived.

Custom Ink gave me a very large number of shirts to choose from, even with the idea in my head that I wanted a Tri-Blend shirt. It was very easy to upload my design to the site and manipulate exactly how I wanted it to look on the shirt. Choosing what sizes I wanted was also really easy, the checkout process was simple, and the delivery/shipping was quick, even without expediting. I highly recommend Custom Ink for any order, large or small.

Trying to communicate with custom ink was a nightmare. We have worked with them for over 3 yrs and never have we experienced this back and forth of confusing and unhelpful communication. The rep kept changing, people kept getting left off of communications which delayed our ordering process, and all the answer we got were AI / Robotic. We paid extra for super rush shipping and we got it at the same time as if we paid regular rush shipping and felt scammed. We needed these shirts for a super important event for the staff that helped tied together everything but arrived too late for the event wasting our time and effort.

I found it easy to make my husband work shirts for his bday. It’s really hot in Texas and I was trying to get him work shirts more comfortable for his extra long shirts in the heat.
