The only thing that could be improved would be the designer tool. It's hard to judge placement on the blank shirt; I wasn't sure if I was placing my artwork where it 'should' be for a standard left chest/full back design. The final product I received has shown me that I'll need to adjust placement for future orders. While I can wear it and it is serviceable, I would like for it to have been perfect.

Maybe part of the printing process but there were several strings coming off the stack of shirts and one shirt had a noticeable spot on the front so not sure if that one will be used. But experience and service was fast and easy.

Service was good and fast. Process was clear. There was confusion about the shipping of my order. I received an email stating the order had shipped. Then, one place on the website said it was preparing to ship. One place said my order would arrive 3/9. I called and spoke with CS rep to get clarification and was told that the order had already shipped and I would receive it on 3/17. It arrived on 3/9.

The delivery was terrible, they left two huge boxes down at my mailbox in the rain/dirt. For the last 10+ years of my ordering they have never done that. It has always been left at my garage in the plastic bag.
