Sucks that y'all wouldn't print my other shirt but Zazzle did and for cheaper, so...

Would have liked to place a larger reorder of this design and shirt, but with the extremely poor quality of the digital printing, I won't be doing that.

I really liked the website, it made it very easy to upload my design. However, the pricing is a little high for me, especially if you want it shipped within the same week. Though I may design my shirts in the future, I may turn to other sites for more reasonable prices.

I was immediately impressed when a person answered the phone right away and then followed up the same day in checking and replying back about my question before I submitted order. The process for designing shirt with my own art was very easy to use for placing and changing the size of the image. I was quite amazed at the quality of the print job since the image I provided had very small details that came thru just fine.

Disappointed one of the 3 shirts were wrong and too late to get replaced with correct. This was for a 40th bday event

I created the logo on another app then loaded it onto Custom Ink, the process was super easy and the results were perfect! The shirts arrived a week earlier than expected! I really appreciated the follow up emails checkin on the order, thank you.

Absolutely will shop for all our custom needs. We had a glitch that was absolutely my fault but, they went above and beyond to help remedy the problem. Got our shirts just in time for our event

My overall experience will greatly depend on if we can fix the hoodie order with a correct color. I know that other teams in my organization have had great experiences, and I will still continue with my t-shirt order because Nisheka is making sure that I have what I want. I would not have known the color was off though if I had not already received my hoodie order.

I didn't receive the correct amount of shirts, I was short one YL shirt. Otherwise, the service is great, in the past 3 years of me using custom ink this is the first time anything has ever happened.
