My overall experience with Custom Ink was superb. I was surprised how quick and easy it was to design and order my shirts. My only suggestion would be that a ballpark price range up front, before going through the whole design process, would have been reassuring.

The website is extremely user friendly and straight forward. The shirts showed up in a timely fashion. However, at least one of the shirts had a white smear on it from the printing process and could not be used.
