I love Custom Ink! My shirt is so soft and so well done. Any issues I may have had were taken care of with care and concern.

My order was a recreation of an old business a late friend had. It was fabulous. The images I provided were pictures of an old shirt I have (think lots of washes and faded). The artists were able to clean up the images and recreate the shirt like new. It is beautiful and very nostalgic for us. Customer service was spot on with super helpful representatives. Highly recommend!

The process took a few days to complete because of all of the checks and balances in place to secure a quality outcome. The back and forth communication was easy on both computer and phone. The “Inkers” kept contacting me for reviews, updates and guidance via text which made it easy to interact. Final say was mine. Love the shirts we will use for the Breakthrough T1D walks. We now have a team uniform!

An absolute wonderful experience. My mother recently transitioned to my angel. My nephew and I wanted to represent her at a event she would have normally been at herself. It was extremely important for me to stand in for her but still have her there with me. I ordered this shirt with only a week left before the event. My biggest concern was not receiving the shirts in time. After a very easy process of designing the shirt online I chose the rush delivery and received the shirts in time! This meant so much to me. I couldn't keep count of all the compliments and how many people asking how they could get one as well. Thank you so much for each person from beginning to end at Custom Ink that is responsible for me receiving such an important shirt on time! It made my day. I would recommend Custom Ink to any and everyone!!

The very first part of the encounter sucked. I looked up your site address on the internet so that I could get there and order my shirts. That journey turned out to be a "goat rope". It seems that where the intenet sent me -- you had been gone for some time. So, I wasted over 3 hours trying to find the place at "7902" in McLean -- only to find out that it was now a Senior Living firm. They told me that you had moved over a year earlier. I was lucky that one of the very nice women at your old on-line advertised address was able to give me the new new address/location which was about 10 miles away in Merrifield, VA. Then, when I got there the office was hard to find on the 3rd Floor of a very large building which was full of small individual offices/businesses. After wondering around for about 15 minutes, once again, a very nice young woman, helped me find your office which was way back in the corner of the building. However, the good news is that once I was able to find the place, your repressenattive was exceptionally pleasant, responsive, professional, and helpful. I guess -- all is well that ends well. I'm very impressed and happy with the items that I have received.-- Buzz

Had a great experience ordering our t-shirts for our team! I highly recommend using this company! We have been ordering from Custom Ink for about 15 years.

The cotton t-shirt only supported screen printing. It would be nice to be able to distinguish the screen print only shirts. I also found it interesting that for screen printing the color palette is limited and the the art and details changed. It would be nice to know these components ahead of time when picking a shirt to find or refine the design with these constraints. The support team was quick and the artists review of the work was quick! Great experience overall. I do feel like some of the art I got back to review did have some big flaws that a designer or artist should catch. I do wish there was a artist note with what changed or what changed completely with some feedback. This way one could redesign or refine in case we wanted to change based on the artist feedback.

I loved the ease of the website. Very easy to design my shirt myself. Other websites I tried would not allow me the formatting I wanted without ordering a minimum amount of shirts. I will definitely order again. Received my order very quickly. I think it was before the estimated date of arrival.

The jury is still out. I hope after a couple of washes that the logo dont start to peel. I am a massage therapist and I hope oil stains dont remain on the shirts after washing. To be a big company and not able to create my exact color pattern is weird.

The quality of shirt and choices is great, but customer service can be very hit or miss.

Extremely helpful every step of the way. Even when I messed up on an aspect of my shirt design, they were very quick to help me correct it.

Could not find how to order different sizes of the same shirt on your web site.
