I can’t say i’d recommend this company. My first order was messed up so they did send a replacement. Problem fixed right? Wrong. i just got my replacement today hoping i was reading the invoice wrong. The replacement invoice did not show my entire order so i sent an email 4 days ago. Never heard anything back. Opened my replacement order and i did NOT receive my entire order. So i still don’t have everything i paid for and my order was not cheap. I was really hoping to be able to say that they fixed the issue but they haven’t.

Overall, it was very comfortable and insightful working with CustomInk on my club merch! Every step of the process was very detailed and throughout, plenty of help and customer service was availiable. The actually merchandise itself was good quality overall but a little inconsistent with the printing. Overall, a highlight was the information on the actual website, customer service, and the good quality of the shirts and hoodies! I would definitely recommend them, just be sure that your design is very well thought out and through so that the printing process can be as smooth as possible!

I absolutely loved my Custom Ink experience. I ran into some trademark issues with the design and they were super quick about getting back to me about how to move forward. They communicated everything they needed from me and how to proceed forward with my order. Minus a longer wait time for my order, I have no complains and think that the customer service is 10/10.

I was disappointed by the timeline in getting these sweatshirts. I ordered them in April and they arrived on June 5 - when I ordered them, they said it would be 21 days, but it was significantly longer.
