The quality of the uploaded printed design is excellent with great color saturation. The ability to easily enlarge or shrink the size of the uploaded image to properly fit the T shirt is also a great feature.

I was in a bit of a rush when I ordered these as we were nearing our deadline and I wasn't aware that we needed shirts. I did have to pay a little more for expedited shipping but was quite pleased with how easy the online ordering was and that the shirts arrived by the deadline!

Great experience, graphic manipulation is a huge plus and very user friendly. Customer service is outstanding, was notified that the graphic color may appear diminished on certain shirt colors and given an alternative recommendation. Production and delivery was prompt. I have already recommended Custom Ink to a colleague and they have placed orders as well and are as equally impressed. If I had to find a negative it would be the screen printed shirts had a strong ink smell to them out of the box. However after just 1 wash the smell was gone.

Overall good process. Shirts and logo were good quality. Information about my order (shipping, delivery, etc) was sent in a timely manner.

You guys did amazing. I didn’t have much time before we left on our Greek cruise when I ordered the shirts. The committed delivery time was the 15th we received the shirts on the 11th! You did it. We are so happy with the entire process. Thank you!!!!! Custom ink rocks!!!

I love how the shirts look. Wonderful experience. The prints are more plastic than I thought and I’m not sure how they will wash or how long they’ll last… I’m afraid the images might crack. I’ll know after a few weeks. Check back later! My survey scores will change!

shirt cost was expensive

In the past overall experience has been great, we will see on this last order since one of the shirts had stains all over the back of it. Waiting to get a response from custom ink on how they will rectify this.

This is the 3rd shirt I've designed and had printed by Custom Ink and could not be more satisfied with everything. I enjoy wearing my own custom designs and have 2 more for the near future I will entrust Custom Ink with.

The process of creating was very easy. I had to shrink my design for the youth shirts. I wish it could have just been shrunken on the youth and not the whole order including adult shirts.

Custom ink has been great for my business needs. I’ve order multiple shirt styles and the designs have turned out perfect. The only issue I have had was a screen printed hat. I ordered 1 hat for an example and I’m glad I did. The logo was crooked and the screen printed coloring on the hat wasn’t good. Will stick to embroidery over screen printing hats

Customlink customer service were great to work with. There was an error on one shirt size but they quickly fixed it.
