In a time where customer service is falling down. Custom Ink has nailed the true meaning of service and customer service, from selecting a t-shirt to communication with a live person. All Representatives were on top of their job! Running out of space or I’d say a lot more. Excellent Excellent Excellent !

Very positive experience. The site made it easy to create the shirt I wanted. I had no problem navigating the website. My shirt arrived quickly, and I was kept informed of the progress of creation and delivery. The product is excellent.

The overall experience was fine, but if the shirts don't last past a few washes, then I feel we should receive a refund.

After one use and after washing it only once, the bottom stitching has fallen out and the shirt is pretty much looks trashy at this point.

I recently ordered custom-designed t-shirts and sweatshirts from CustomInk featuring original artwork for a group of 18 people who will be walking in the Ovarian Cancer Walk with me and my sisters. Very easy to design and order your own shirts.

There is always confusion about price. In 3 different calls regarding my order of 4 shirts, I was quoted $240, $80, $190 and finally $173. It felt worst case like a shell game and best case CS people struggling to price color, size, style and apply discounts in real time. Nonetheless, I like the product, the company and the people.

The logo image is too close to the t-shirt centerline...more than in the proof image. That this was looked over by a professional human and not adjusted/corrected is surprising and disappointing to me. We went through several iterations on our blue shirt order to get the scale of the logo right on the women's shirts and your team just couldn't get the proof right so we cancelled those items....that these didn't turn out better is frustrating. The logo placement is passable but not ideal. I do expect more from Custom Ink. You're the only printer we use....we've ordered samples in the past because we had more time. I regret that these weren't perfect.

We love the company's customer service, but feel like we didn't quite get what was pictured. The quality of the shirt is great, just not true to picture.

Customer service responds quickly and addressed any questions I had. Also, my shirts arrived sooner than expected.

Overall, great experience. I am generally not very good at navigating sites like this. This one though could not have been easier. Also wanted to make one change when they sent for review and they did it without any issue. Shirts are very comfortable. I would definitely order and use them again. Really really easy to deal with.

I ordered 5 tee-shirts for an event in October. The ordering process was easy and I received them in a very timely manner.

I feel like it's a scam. This would have made sense if I was charged $20 or less. They charged me $51 per shirt, and I received a shirt that's extremely low quality. You can really tell the material is cheap.

Custom Link has an easy-to-use website. The customer service was efficient and effective. We received our t-shirts ahead of schedule. The quality of the t-shirt is great for the price. The ink on some of the t-shirts is a bit faded.
