I completely loved the process of designing the sweatshirt and thought the website was easy to use. I was very happy with all of the options available and the various text fonts and images available. However, I was really disappointed in the quality of the printing on the sweatshirt when it arrived. The ink seemed cheap and low quality. Additionally, the color of the ink (navy) was not as expected. It was more royal blue. Had I known I would have only used white ink and probably would not have been so disappointed. It makes me less likely to use the service again even though I enjoyed the design process and love the Gildan product available.

Overall a good experience. I used the feature that allowed my color design to be a shaded black and white design. I received an email saying they had to use more colors than originally thought, but that they would give me a one time price break. I approved the proof which appeared to be in black and white, it some of shirts still had some of original color. Not a big deal, just confused about how that happened.

Great shirt quality and they were delivered quickly, however the digital printing is inconsistent. The colors are not the same and some have a white outline while others do not.

We ordered both men’s and women’s vests to be embroidered, and overall we’re very happy. The vests run true to size, the embroidery came out great, and the delivery was fast and easy. The men’s vests are soft on the outside, while the women’s aren’t quite as soft, but both are nice overall. The value for our large order was excellent, and we would definitely recommend CustomInk to others.

I've ordered three products from Custom Ink. The quarter zip, embroidered sweatshirts turned out fantastic. We also ordered long sleeve t-shirts that ran extremely large and now fleece jackets that run extremely small, and appear to have cheap quality printing. Custom Ink did not offer to assist with my concern from the last order and now I'm unsatisfied for the second time.

This is the 3rd time I have shopped on the CustomInk website. I keep returning, because it is the easiest website I have found to use; very customer friendly and easy to navigate. There is a wide variety of items to pick from as well as a lot of colors available. I have never been let down by the speed in which I receive my products. I will definitely be back again in the future.

Product design was great and we definitely love it. The color purple on there was darker than the design I submitted. However, we are still okay with the outcome. But wanted to let you know the color was a little off.

The purchase experience was fine but the end product was a little disappointing. I wish the t-shirt would have been a bit lighter and not as heavy. The size for men's ran a tad smaller. The logo was fine and the print job was OK. I wish the t-shirts were whiter. It seemed like cream white. I didn;t think I chos ethat color.

This is the first time I've been dissatisfied with Custom Ink. There are a couple of things that would have made the experience much better. 1 - when designing an item for group order, there should be a way to submit the item for design review prior to a group order close. We were down to the wire and only once my group order was closed, and it went under review we discovered that we needed licensing approval (also a first for me). We definitely could have gotten approval if we had the time, but because we were running against the clock we had to drop the logo. The results of this were an undesired design, and needing a lot of help from customer service. Unfortunately, with this topic, I got someone new (nice but didn't understand the urgency and timelines) and we lost a bit of precious processing time. Once it was escalated, I was taken care of, which I really appreciated. 2 - actual designer feedback. Our hats were embroidered and were outline in white which with the brown logo included looked anchored - once the brown logo was removed, the white outline was in total contrast with the rest of the hat, and I think the designer should have recommended an alternate outline color that coordinated with the other tones in the hats. In the end, rather than this being an everyday-wear gem, it's something that will most likely get donated...not my vision for our graduation.
