I used an original design for my sweatshirt and the printing turned out exactly how I hoped it would look and everything was true to color

This order turned out great. The only thing I didn’t like was the lowering of the artwork/design on the back of the hooded sweatshirts. I can see that it was likely done to be seen better with the hood draped down but it was placed a good bit too low in my opinion and it was not discussed or mentioned that it was going happen. I would not have approved this move and am not happy with the location and how low it was moved.

Everything was great beside the fishes product. The print was good. But the item, the sweatshirt itself was terrible. Honestly I probably won't order from them again. Just don't want to pay so much and get a cheap to small sweatshirt you can't wear.

When i initially dealt with custom ink for another order I was annoyed at the sales associate due to some confusion with location. He was obnoxious and rather then listening to me and being solution oriented he was argumentative. Then eventually a manager shipped my company's shirt. It was soooo awesome and well made I decided to disregard that associate as a bad apple and had a design poorly done by another company I wanted to try out. So glad I did. Custom ink t-shirts and sweatshirts are high quality. The way they press the design is lasting and beautiful. They even will provide support to ensure your upload is proper.

Result is excellent! I created the image with the help of ChatGPT. Easy to upload to CustomInk and I’ve really happy with how the image came out on my order (sweatshirt and a t-shirt)!

The customer service was amazing. Tahja B. was a lifesaver. It was a bit confusing when I was creating a design for both adult and youth sizes of a sweatshirt, as I was unsure how the design and ordering process would work for both. I called, and he helped me make both sizes available and corrected the design to ensure it would look good on both sizes of sweatshirts. The sweatshirts arrived, ahead of schedule by almost 5 days, and they looked great!

The only criticism I had was that the color of the "Navy" sweatshirt on your website during the design process looked more like a ocean grey blue as opposed to a true darker navy blue which was the color that it actually came in. Still nice in true navy blue but it was not the color that I was expecting based on the design process.

The team at custom ink was helpful and prompt. They messaged to double check the image I uploaded to make sure they had the correct one. The sweatshirt arrived ahead of schedule and the images were perfect.

My friend had a sweatshirt for over 40 years and she loved it so much, I ordered a duplicate for her and it was absolutely perfect! She was so happy and loved it!

I was disappointed by the timeline in getting these sweatshirts. I ordered them in April and they arrived on June 5 - when I ordered them, they said it would be 21 days, but it was significantly longer.

There should be a way to upload a spreadsheet with all the people's names and sizes in one go, instead of having to type in everyone's order separately. It's a bit confusing on the website itself. The last few years, I sent my spreadsheet in for customer service to help place my order for me. That was extremely helpful and I was very happy about that. Unfortunately, this year, there was an error in the order placed and it was also harder to speak to one individual who was in charge of my order when I had a question or even to email back and forth with one person about changes in my order. I might have to switch sweatshirt companies next year.
