Great experience! Ordering online was incredibly easy, shipping was faster than promised, and they looked great!

The design interface, the product, the printing, it is all good. The shipping is as I expected. I am amazed that the shirts were done as I wanted them in such a short bit of time. These Custom Ink folk know what they are doing.

Easy to customize and order. Shipping and delivery time exceeded expectations.

We did the group order where everyone can pick what they want, then shipped to 1 location. We had 2 options for 1 design. It worked perfectly. Really easy for everyone. Shipment arrived fast. T-shirts were bundles by group of 5 of the same size, so there is a little bit of sorting and folding if you distribute them.

My overall experience was good. The shipping was faster than I expected, but I was not notified that the order had been shipped. The printing/image on the sweatshirt is excellent, however, the website mock-up led me to believe that the image would be a tad bigger than it turned out to be. This might be because the sweatshirt is a 3XL size, but still I would have thought the mock-up would account for that. When I order again, I'll pay more attention to the specific image dimensions instead of just relying on the website/visual depiction. I'm still happy with it.

Great customer service. I inadvertently put the wrong address in when I placed my order. CS sent a follow up text and I was able to discuss with them and got it straightened out very easily before it shipped.

My son has an upcoming mma event and the family needed shirts for this, I ordered them and uploaded my logo to the website. The product was great quality. I added fast shipping and my order arrived a few days prior to the date I was given. I will be ordering from here again. Very satisfied!!!

Placed an order of 2 aprons for a friend and I's inside joke. Order was easy to make, uploading the custom image was very user friendly, and the process of "ordered/being printed/shipped" was very transparent and trustworthy. The packaging was damaged, but the shipment company is at fault for that, not Custom Ink.

The execution of this print front and back was spot on. Even with me supplying not so good of quality graphics they still nailed it. I had this shirt made as a commemorative piece for my buddy's band who passed away years ago. All their merch has been long gone for awhile now so I had this made. I trusted customink to do this based in their reputation and they are the truth! Fast job completion, Fast shipping, easy design and checkout. For real, these ladies and gents are the real deal.
