I am a repeat customer because working with the design lab team is so easy and the customer service team is always quick to respond. Using Customer Ink for my customer t-shirt and hoodie needs is just easy - every time!

There are a few spots in the logo that turned out poorly. This bothered me as I created the logo design myself, going in pixel by pixel to make sure there were no pixels missing, it's a little bit of a let down, but I will be attempting to order in the future in hopes that it doesn't happen again. Also another thing that bothered me was the size of the hoodie as I ordered a XXXL hoodie it fits like an XXL in width and an L in length.

When I received the hoodie, the image was printed on the front of the hoodie and was supposed to be printed on the back. The sample design sent with the hoodie, showed the image on the back. The lady that this went to actually wanted one with the design on the front. So it worked out ok. I just wanted to let you know that someone in your team did not do this correctly. Nothing needs to be done going forward, I just wanted to let you know. We are going to be ordering more items soon.

Amazing customer service. I received a texts from someone at the business regarding my design. They actually helped me to save money due to my mistake of making multiple designs in different sizes. They were awesome and helped me to fix it and them make the back of the hoodie exactly like I wanted it.

I made this hoodie for a girl that wouldn't give me the time of day if we were the last two people on earth. But seeing her face light up when she saw it and put it on is just fine enough. Custom ink might of maybe just get my foot in the door.

The hoodie and design were great before washing though and it fits great. Still a good product just pink instead of white now.

Very happy with our hoodies! We wanted to get hoodies for our wedding party to change into at our wedding. We were worried about them looking cheap or cheesy but they weren’t! We’re so excited to give them to everyone!

love the company but not happy with my 2xxl hoodies.

The customer service team at Custom Ink is always very friendly and responsive. I have placed 20+ orders for t-shirts, golf towels and hoodies with them over the years, and any any time I run into an issue, they get all over it. This time there was some sort of glitch in the ordering system, but one of their folks hopped on the chat and we had the order placed within minutes. Keep it up, Custom Ink team, you are doing things right!

My experience was very good. I am totally satisfied with my purchase. I will order again in the fall when we need hoodies and long sleeve t shirts.

Overall good experience, however I was disappointed that the order was held up due to the BSA Logo trademark. I paid extra to expedite the shipping and due to the order being held up, our hoodies did not arrive in time for us to take them to camp. (Which means I paid extra for no reason.)

I have ordered from Custom Ink twice now for my business shirts and hoodies. Both times, the shirts have come out perfect!

I'm still satisfied with Custom Ink but it was a bit weird that my company logo showed up so big on my sun hoodies even though I compared the sizing of my logo in the Custom Ink design studio to the order I placed a couple of years ago and the hoodies showed up with a much bigger logo than before.
