This is my second time ordering from Custom Ink and they never disappoint. My student leaders absolutely loved their new t-shirts and hoodies for their position on campus. Everything arrived in a timely manner and looked great.

The customer service was amazing! And the hoodies we're delivered on time. My problem is with the printing the gold looks very dirty and the image is already starting to peel away in some areas. I had high hopes after talking to customer service to make sure the hoodies would be perfect but this was a let down.

Everything was great to work with on the site. I ordered t-shirts and hoodies and was unhappy with the printing of the hoodies.

It was pretty good. The design process was longer than it should have been but that’s my fault. Once we placed our order, the hoodies got here real fast

I really liked how easy the website was to navigate and edit my design. The whole process was very smooth from the prototype all the way to the shipment. I had a slight mishap on one of the hoodies, but everything else was great!

Custom Ink did a wonderful job with the presentation on the hoodies. Looks exactly as I layered it out on my cpu. Wonderful work guys, will be doing business again.

Absolutely love how the hoodies came out! They’re great quality, warm, the logo looks great on there and everything got here incredibly fast. 🙌

The hoodies themselves were okay. The screen printing is a bit spotty/thin. Not super solid block of color. The delivery was pretty bad though. The outer box was damaged and I was scared some of the hoodies might have been damaged or gotten dirty

I have purchased many items through Custom Ink for a Youth Football & Cheer team to sell in our spirit wear. I am incredibly pleased with everything I have received. Tee shirts, hoodies, beanies, ornaments, koozies and trucker hats...have all been great quality! We had one issue where an order did not have glitter on the logo and it should have....the service department immediately set up a new order for me to correct the issue and I received those items and they were perfect. Katrina Hagen in the Wayne, PA location has been my primary contact and she is wonderful. She follows up to make sure that I am happy with everything I order and is very responsive to any questions or concerns I have. I will absolutely continue to make purchases with Custom Ink.

this time I had people pay separately and ship directly to me. it was not made clear that I had to push the order through after the deadline. the Hoodies almost didn't make it on time. customer service was very helpful and I got them the day before the big event. I'm not sure what I missed, but I'm not sure why I had to push it through if they all had been paid for already.

i just wish it was simpler to buy a single hoodie, most hoodies have a minimum

After having issues with ordering the shirts on the website, I called customer service. Matt G. handled my order and did a top notch job on it. He was extremely helpful, kept in contact, and verified the information that I submitted. All of the hoodies and shirts arrived correct and even a day earlier than I anticipated. I am super appreciative of his assistance.

The quality of work in the screen printing and the customer service was stellar! We were offered a preview and we didn't like the initial outcome. Then we were offered an alternative that was great. The attention to detail is surely present. Everyone in school is raving about our hoodies!

Amazing Experience. Making costume hoodies for 40 middle schoolers was an intimidating task but their representatives were extremely helpful, immediately available via chat to help with design, and responsive via email as well. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

custom ink has been a terrific supplier for high quality, quick turnaround, school and school athletic "swag"! the only thing that would be helpful is better descriptions of items, like sizing. the hoodies we chose this time seem to run a little small and do shrink, but overall VERY happy with custom ink and will definitely order from you again!
