I was happy with the shipping/delivery time of this project. I was pretty unhappy with how the design came out printed on the shirts and the inconsistencies across the 18 shirts I ordered. I ended up giving the crappy print jobs to myself and my family so no guests had to go home with a shirt that was kind of blurry, etc. I wouldn't order them again, and to be honest, I regret spending any money on getting these tshirts at all.

No problems

I took advantage of the website chat option and called the 800 with questions while preparing my order and both times, my question was answered with no hassle at all. They couldn't have been more professional, friendly, and helpful. They emailed proofs to me so I could see exactly what the ornament would look like, and the finished products are exactly like the photos. Thank you for doing a wonderful job!

Amazing no issues

I have no complaints. The shirts all looked great. I,ve gotten a lot of compliments especially on the t shirts.

You guys really dropped the ball on communication, kept email asking for our tax exempt after you had it and confirmed you had it, included tax on final order (again I had to clarify), we got different answers on how small a shirt we could order to fit image (unbelievable), and you had no youth size jerseys when we placed final order - we had to quickly choose and order 16 different shirts.

I've used Custom Ink for years and am always a satisfied. This order had no issues, clear communication, and fast shipping.

This is the second time I've ordered shirts from Custom Ink. The shirts are for my cigar club members who liked the first batch of shirts so much that they asked for additional shirts in different colors and styles. Unfortunately the printing process on the second order was totally different from the first shirts we received. The printing on the first shirts looked like a silkscreen and was relatively soft to wear. The logo had a slightly muted appearance, but at the same time was clear. The printing on the shirts for this order, while clear, sharp, they look like a stiff glossy iron-on and not nearly comfortable to wear. The result is it looks and feels stiff and cheap. None of the club members like the new ones nearly as much as the first shirts we ordered and asked that I find another source that could provide shirts with printing like our first ones. Working with your sales staff was excellent overall. The only problem was trying to communicate the minor changes we wanted made to the digital artwork previously used. I'm not concerned with this as it's sometimes hard to communicate concepts of a design to another designer and I don't mind making several reviews of the design to get it right. Overall, excellent customer service. Your people really did a good job making sure the artwork was what I wanted and went out of their way to be sure the order arrived on time. I've checked the box NO when asked if I would from you again. This is not due to customer service, that was great, but rather due to the plastic-like feel of the printing.

CustomInk never disappoints. I have jokingly (?) told colleagues that when I take over the world, I'm going to make my entire cabinet just people from CustomInk. The level of efficiency, politeness, and effectiveness is really unparalleled. The kids are stoked with their sweatshirts and obligatory Inky stickers, and we have another win in the books as club sponsors. No complaints, ever!

Custom Ink has always been good to work with. However this order was a disaster. Sizing all wrong which I approved thinking the standard 3-4 inch chest and the standard 12-14 inch back was a no brainer. But the tiny front was unreadable and crooked and the back was equally as bad. All shirts were discarded.

Designed our sweat shirts using web site. I have no design experience what so ever. With the use of the clip art we were able to design a sweat shirts using web that all liked. Super easy.

Always great customer service. I purchase t shirts at 2-3 times a year with no issues.

Quality of the shirts was excellent and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. My tee shirt with custom logo design exceeded my expectations! I also love no minimum and was able to purchase 4 shirts of various sizes. Will order again!
