Really appreciated the design team scaling us back to 4 colors so we could order the sweatshirts for our number. They turned out so close to the original design.

I have been using Custom Ink for several years for the yearly staff t-shirts and sweatshirts, and have always been pleased with the service, the product, and delivery on time.

very difficult to get in touch with and follow up on orders with custom ink, then i receive sweatshirts with dull logo imprinting , using a low quality print ink set?

I changed the color of the purple on the sweatshirts on the recommendation of your designers. I think the original color would have shown up better. A little disappointed in this, but I know it was the best intention. My overall experience with Custom Ink is great!

I didn't get a "review before print" email or notification as I have in the past. I have used customink for all my printing needs. Water bottle (several), hats, shirts, sweatshirts, all higher end products, this product and service wasn't pleasing. I wonder if there is any way I can be credited or compensated for the bags?

This is the second year i’ve used customink to create marching band sweatshirts and every year they look incredible. It’s nice to know that the designs i create will be well taken care of and translate well. Every year the staff goes above and beyond to make the best product possible.

It's always a good experience. But like I said we received some sweatshirts with what looks like to be paint marks from an unclean machine. Just a guess

Everything went very smoothly and the shirts turned out exactly the way we wanted them. thanks for letting us switch colors and match the t- shirts with the sweatshirts. The reps were very easy to work with and the changes we suggested were made quickly and accurately.

Ordered for my great nieces almost 2 year old son, as a gift (that said he is the big brother of his baby sister) expected in December as a gift at the baby shower. I had here assist me with the review as it was shipped directly to her. She is very happy and my wife and I are pleased that she was haapy with the tee shirt ( quality, color, and design). Thanks we have previously ordered hooded sweatshirts for a family event and they were excellent. That's why we chose to order again from custom ink. (I'd be surprised if you received something that you would not be happy with.

Custom Ink's design platform was easy to use and very convenient. The sweatshirts turned out amazing and everyone is so happy with them!

I was very upset with the quality of the items the bottom of the sweatshirts were stretched out of shape and not fitted to the body. They just hung and looked very sloppy. Had we not needed the items for the event I would have returned them. We had to tuck the sweatshirts in the pants to keep from looking so bad. Throughout the years I have been a custom and this was my first disappointment ant the most important event.

Brittany was wonderful to work with on our original order. I contacted her for our re-order and got the same great service! T-shirts and sweatshirts look great!
