This order was disappointing. The support rep was dishonest and tried to pressure me into finalizing the sale before I was ready - I had to check on some other inventory first. He told me if I didn't order it that night, I'd have to upgrade to 30% shipping. I was able to process it the next night, at 15% rush and they arrived 2 days earlier than expected. The quality of the print also wasnt that great b this time around. The color was darker than my first batch, and the logo wasn't as crispy.

This is the first disappointment I've ever had with this company. I've been re-ordering these shirts for years now, and the very first time we made them, your brilliant design team made an improvement to the design. For some reason though, only my original work shows when I pull up "My Designs" - so I always have to remind you to make the change you made to the first printing. This year when I re-ordered, I sent an email reminding you to make the change - but for some reason it didn't happen. So now some people will have T-shirts that aren't an exact match to everyone else's, and it's too late to do anything about it. I admit that I didn't even examine the shirts until it was too late, because you've printed so many of them over the years and it's always been perfect. Next time I guess I'll try to get to someone voice-to-voice. This year I just did the chat feature and sent an email.

I have ordered from custom ink before but this was the first time I had such a large order. And I had a variety of sizes this time. We ran into problems with this because I didn't know that they had to make different screens for different sizes. And one customer service rep told me everything would be fine after she added the baby shirts to my order. This was not the case I thank God I was able to check because upon me seeing the shirts that would be printed I realized they would be very wrong and print would be very small on the adult shirts. I called them up spoke with another Rep that helped me and made sure that I spoke with a supervisor that help the process go smoothly. She also made sure that even though this mistake was caught days later we still got our shirts on-time. Another problem was when I received the shirts alot of the sizes were burnt out or very crispy were I could barely see them. I had to try my best to just figure out what was the size the best I could. Other than those hiccups I would use them again because their customer service was very professional with helping me. And the shirts are cute. Some of the sizes don't seem to be true to size like the kids shirts but they came out really nice.

My overall experience was great. During the process, my images were recommended to be sharper. I tried a few different ways, but I couldn't get that fine-tuned. I noticed that the photos had areas with small gaps in the design. For example, there were pineapple slices, and there was some white space where the grain of the image made it look like a pineapple. I decided to go with what I had, and it came out exactly as I had envisioned. The photos weren't blurry or distorted. I was pleased that I could do everything on the website myself. I tried another place first, and they no longer allow you to do it yourself. You have to go through their design team, and I didn't want that!

I have been seeing Custom Ink commercials for years but never had a need to try your services. I am so happy I chose your company to print my design on the t shirts and the sweater because they came out so beautifully. The print is so vibrant and the image is crisp just like it was on my computer screen. I love my experience with Custom Ink and would definitely recommend.

When i initially dealt with custom ink for another order I was annoyed at the sales associate due to some confusion with location. He was obnoxious and rather then listening to me and being solution oriented he was argumentative. Then eventually a manager shipped my company's shirt. It was soooo awesome and well made I decided to disregard that associate as a bad apple and had a design poorly done by another company I wanted to try out. So glad I did. Custom ink t-shirts and sweatshirts are high quality. The way they press the design is lasting and beautiful. They even will provide support to ensure your upload is proper.

I am absolutely thrilled to see you bring my concept to life on the T-shirts!!! A quick and efficient turnaround with delivery quicker than promised. Thank you! The Gildan Softstyle Jersey T-shirt - Sand 100% cotton are the bomb! The Gildan Softstyle Jersey T-shirt - Heather Royal poly/cotton blend are soft and nice as well. Yet, the 3 medium in this color/style shirt the bottom text is not in a straight line. I can only guess, that due to the poly/cotton blend the T-shirt is stretchy and may not have been square so the screen printing is not straight. Next order will be on only the 100% cotton shirts.

I wish I had been warned that the Next Level tri blend tshirts run small. I wish I was told that my artwork was printing grey and not bloack.

The website made it so easy to design my shirt. I tried another site and I had trouble positioning the letters. My daughter suggested I try Custom Ink. It was a great suggestion! The words I chose were in Polish as I am going to wear it when I meet a relative in Poland. The lettering turned out perfect. Great experience!

I tried other custom shirt stores and Custom Ink was the easiest to design and love how comfortable the image felt on the shirt. Not bulky or stiff. The timing of fulfilling the order was also faster than expected. Will definitely use Custom Ink again and again!

I needed a single item quickly, and decided to test CustomInk out with the intention of potentially giving additional business in the future. This would not only have included my current company, but also our parent company. I've been a graphic designer working with print companies for 15 years. I've printed countless gear and promotional wear for my company. i decided to give custom ink a try because I needed something quick. The price was expensive, but I thought because you're a large company, you could handle it. I submitted my design. I did test prints in house based on the sizing I wanted and entered into your site. I gave the direct outlined illustrator files. There should have been 0 changes made to my imagery. I waited and waited for the proof. I happened to notice it in my account, with major errors, and immediately contacted customer service to have them change it. The front logo, meant to be in white, had been altered and changed to black, then placed in a terrible location. The back had been shrunk and moved lower. She was nice, but the policy about no mockups for single pieces is a terrible practice. My company logo was altered for no reason. CustomInks designers must be interns and have no idea what they are doing. I would not recommend and will not be returning.
