Customer service contacted me in regards to resizing images. I appreciated their request before moving forward. The quality of the print was good and the shirts were comfortable. The one downside I experienced was that one out of two shirts came with faint, but noticeable stains. Both shirts were packaged together; however, one shirt was pristine, but the other was not. I was really disappointed to see this after opening the package. Even after washing I was still unable to remove the stains from the one shirt. Because of this, I can't agree that the product met my expectations. Though, I would consider ordering again from Custom Ink in hopes that this instance was an unlikely mishap.

I have ordered tons of times in the past and have not had any issues, but this time... I ordered 35+ shirts for a big event and 4 didn't arrive. There was plenty of time to fix that, however, because it was ordered with different names on the back of the shirts, they were considered individual pieces. Due to that, they were unable to send them expedited even though it was their mistake. Needless to say, 4 team members had no shirts to wear on the day of the event. Extremely disappointed in the fact that it could have been resolved and it wasn't.

Great customer service. I’ve ordered shirts from here multiple times and I’ve always been happy. This time, I was told they may not arrive on time, but they said they would do everything they could to get it here on time, and they made it here on time!

My experience with custom ink was good other than a few of my shirts coming stained, but the delivery experience with UPS was poor. They didn't deliver on time and the package came late.
