Customer service was excellent, answered all my questions and made sure the product I received was what I wanted. I wish it had been easier to navigate the choices on the website—I was ordering for a group and individuals wanted to know how much different options would cost. It would have been great to set a price limit and show which options would be available within the budget.

My decision about ordering again from Custom ink depends on if I'm able to talk one-on-one with a rep that will guarantee a true fit size different from the last order and also my experience after washing the t-shirt and other members of the organization's satisfaction or response.

We are happy with the product so far. Since it was only 4 shirts the cost per shirt was high. $40 custom t -shirt. We will see how they hold up in the next few years.
