I have been a loyal customer for years due to the quality of your products, the ease of designing shirts and the reliability of your process. This year was disappointing. I became careless due to your reliable history, and missed a strange error that was created when you converted a file I had uploaded that you had used before to a proof for printing. We both should have caught this glaring error...

All of my experiences with Custom Ink have been terrific - which is why I keep coming back. The design tools are easy to use and help is always available. They offer a really wide range of products to choose from, and they're all top quality. The printing is excellent: clear, color-true, and products we've owned for years still look great. My only mild complaint is that, on my most recent order, I was in a bit of a time crunch and hoping to get the project done quickly. I needed help with the design and so was in text communication with an agent on the design team. Although I clearly explained the 2 items I wished to change right at the outset, it took about 5 exchanges (and reiterations on my part) before both items were addressed. All told, this took a couple of days, making me miss the deadline for my friend's birthday. Not a biggie, really, but I did feel as if my notes were not being read carefully.

Ordering process and turnaround time was great. If I need to re-order, or come up with a new design, I'd definitely go with Custom Ink.
