It was really simple to create a shirt design on the website. And Custom Ink made a small donation to our charity because they recognized that our shirts were for a charity event and reached out to us. So awesome!!

Website was super easy to use. I am extremely happy with the print quality. I got my design on an athetic style shirt -it is not plastic-y looking like a lot of jerseys I've seen.

The Cancer Sharks (www.cancersharks.com) shirts I made with Customer Ink are deeply meaningful to me. As a Stage IV Melanoma survivor, this design is my creative medicine to support ongoing healing. Having them arrive EXACTLY as designed was an amazing boost of confidence in a time that has felt utterly out of my control.

My experience working with Sierra D. was wonderful. She provided recommendations for t shirts as I'm particular on how they fit. I ended up going with her recommendation. She made my buying experience really easy and effortless. My only disappointment was with the quality of the print. The ink didn't seem to stick well to the fabric and I had areas that flaked off before even wearing. I wont likely reorder from here.

Custom Ink was wonderful to deal with. I could create my own design and the placement on the shirt, there were so many places for customization. A large selection of shirts to choose from is a bonus, and when I needed to edit my design the team responded quickly and helped me fix my issue.

Very easy to select shirts and go through the steps of designing it exactly the way I wanted. Shipped fast and it was nice tidy packaging. Will order from you in the future.

Always a good product, just my first time ordering this specific shirt, so was not sure if the size. Should have probably looked at more reviews first to get a better size.

I loved the experience working with Custom Ink however, the Port & Company shirts seem to run one size smaller than indicated on the size chart. Love the company...disappointed in the sizing.

Overall: The website was easy to navigate, the help on the website was great, the packaging was more than the bare minimum which was nice, and the delivery arrived before the ETA. However, the quality of the print did not match the price per shirt. The prints were dull/faded and didn't really stand out. For that reason, it would be hard for me to order again through this company. If the quality of the print matched my expectations I would 100% be making a new order. I hope that this helps and gives the feedback that is needed.

This is the second t-shirt I ordered from Custom Ink, and the experience with this particular design/shirt was much better than the first. What I most like about your company is the customer service. You are definitely committed to getting it right!

The shirts came out solid and quickly, besides the placement issue I would use this again anytime.
