I had an amazing experience with Custom Ink! I uploaded my own image for our family vacation shirts, and they turned it into a perfect, beautiful design that looked even better than I imagined. The shirts came out exactly how we wanted — great quality, vibrant print, and they will make our trip feel extra special. The entire process was easy, the results were flawless, and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely use Custom Ink again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom shirts or designs.

Starting using Custom Ink this year for our company shirts as we were looking for an easy company to work with that provided good quality without high expense. We've ordered 2 shirts so far and have been very please with all the above. Definitely plan to keep ordering in future.

Great website that makes it very easy to design your own shirt. I was texting with a customer service rep as I was finishing and they were SO helpful & patient . Answered all my questions including looking back at an order we made back in ‘16 to help with this current order. Caught a coupe small mistakes I made that I wouldn’t have caught. Even ended up placing the order for me and sending me links for payment options.

Can’t believe I payed almost 300 for these shirts…!

I was a bit disappointed with this order as the logo did not print completely on the shirt. Previous orders did not have the same issue or we reviewed the logo before printing and stopped it. With that said, I still recommend Custom Ink especially for a small business.

I don't know why I waited or was hesitating so much, but on a whim I tried CustomInk out and now, they are my exclusive source for custom shirts and products.

My overall experience was good up until I got my shirts and some looked dirty

I was trying to build a shirt that was super lightweight with gildan signature soft fit. The event is outside in Florida and gets hot very quickly. You made a bunch of orange shirts for an organization called best buddies. That blended material is what I’m looking for. Super lightweight., breathes and dries quickly.

I may order from them again, but definitely wouldn’t use Port & Co shirts.

I received my order in a timely manner, but the dark t-shirts were printed in black in and therefore you CANNOT see the logo! WHY wasn't I contacted and informed of this matter and given a choice of a remedy if I wanted...like white lettering or able to switch colors on the dark colored shirts that I ordered!!??

Great service almost instant production and delivery. Shirts lighter fabric than expected shrinks so order a size larger if you want to keep wearing it.

I do not understand policy of charging me $20 more for ordering more t shirts on a previously used design. It should have been cheaper for you to make given the design was already worked out. Why in the world do you want to discourage repeat orders. If you are serious about my business you would refund the $20.

When my shirt proof came back not quite matching the design I had ordered, the inker who helped me over text was remarkably helpful! It was nice to be helped by a real person and not a bot. The inker addressed the design issue and was even able to add some last-minute shirts to my order. That experience alone won my orders in the future!
