I need to contact customer support because as I stated above, our artwork was not sized correctly from size to size. It made the shirts look very unprofessional and was not as it was advertised

Disappointed that my design had to be reviewed and altered my alma mater. Used same wording in 2022 and did not have to add the stupid "R" to my gift to my friends - not happy.

I prefer to call and speak to someone to reorder every year because it is easier since I order different colors with varying sizes for each color. The website makes it difficult to do that but every time I call, I get a really great person on he phone that can take the order for me.

Love Custom Ink and their wonderful Customer Service! This was the first time I have had an issue with the printing - it was a bit off-center on the shirt, but hopefully the recipient won't notice ;)

Very satisfied with the customer service and the shirts I ordered. They sent me exactly what I ordered. However my problem is my shirts were true to size. My fault though.. I'm a big guy, so I normally order a a size up to get my right size. So be advised, the performance shirts are true to size. I'm definitely satisfied with my order. Literally empressed with my order. Thank you
