Our event experienced changes in sponsorships at the last minute. Custom Ink assured me that our product would be received on-time. 100% They nailed it!!! the graphic was great - customer service was great. One thing I will suggest - the emails that i received after the order was placed indicated a much different logo than we ordered - and referred to this as our 'Proof'. that was un-nerving. A call to Customer Service told me that was not my 'Proof' - even though the wording of the email used that exact word. Just a little tweek would help. Overall GREAT JOB.

In a time where customer service is falling down. Custom Ink has nailed the true meaning of service and customer service, from selecting a t-shirt to communication with a live person. All Representatives were on top of their job! Running out of space or I’d say a lot more. Excellent Excellent Excellent !

Very disappointed that my 3 orders were not delivered acceptable the 1st time. Customer service had to resend a replacement shipment. Next time I will see if I can get my order done right the first time with another company.
