Good communication, prompt results of mock up and creation of shirts

I learned the hard way that you have to review the design thoroughly before approving. I didn't realize that the two T's in FATTER were merged together. There was no space in between then. In hindsight, if Custom Ink would've been able to flag that discrepancy, I wouldn't have had to have it redone. The reordered shirt came out perfectly.

Great T-Shirt, fits perfectly around my beer belly.

Overall great experience but $40 for one shirt is a bit expensive. Wish it were more affordable.

Shirts came fast. The would look great if the lettering wasn’t so faded on one of the shirts

The design should’ve been higher on chest. Maybe that’s my fault but I’m not an tshirt company. Didn’t receive a proof before printing. Extremely over priced. I paid 160$ for 5 t-shirts made quickly. The digital printing looks cheap. Live and learn

I hope they make good and replace the shirts (4) that had color bleeding.

Getting to upload and use my own design was fun but the print quality is terrible. I paid too much for shirts I’m not going to wear.

My experience with Custom Ink has been nothing short of wonderful. The process of ordering was very thorough, from when I first ordered, to double checking the t-shirt for quality printing and eventually the shipping process. I felt like we received these shirts earlier than I expected which is very much appreciated.

I have used Custom Ink for quite some time for company t-shirts..because I have such large orders any many different sizes and colors, I usually call to order. Staff is always courteous and very helpful.

The product was just the way they described it, actually it was somewhat better because they did a white underprint which means having it printed on a gray t-shirt did not affect the art quality. Knowing this I now have no fear of ordering navy blue or dark red or black or any other color because I know it's going to come out well. I'll definitely be doing business in the future.

Way too expensive, I will not be ordering again, found better quality shirts more affordable at Walmart, and then went online and found a strictly transfer design company, for $100 I was able to create 96 transfers that get ironed on with a standard iron, for two shirts from you guys it was over $100, I was able to transfer design five shirts that were ordered from Walmart for less than $7 a shirt, Will never order again way too expensive..... And I will never recommend to anyone based off of the cost two t-shirts with the stencil that I can now replicate into a transfer that I can do myself for less than $20.. your company should be ashamed for the amount that they are charging for the minimal application that they are doing.. literally ripping people's mouths out have a good day.. I will never order again and I will never recommend you because of your insane price gouging cost.

I took a couple of minutes to learn how to design shirt. I was updated frequently on the status of my order. I am very pleased.
