I had an excellent experience with Custom Ink. I called customer service and Kevin assisted me. We were on the phone for over an hour figuring out my design and eventually ordering. Every time I have sent an email to Custom Ink I have received a reply quickly. Customer service is extremely important to me.

It's good, but sometimes the interface is a bit glitchy which leads to errors. However, the customer service is pretty good so you can work it out.

The website was user friendly, customer service was helpful for questions. As for the design itself, it look exactly like what I created! Shipping was estimated for the 18th but it was at my doorstep by the 12th! Without the rush on the order the turnaround time was impressive. Overall great experience.
