When I got my order, the color of the shirt did not match the color of the proof online. The result was that my logo blended into the shirt and could barely been seen. I reached out and let customer service know and they changed the color of the shirt and replaced my order. It means a lot to me that they stood behind their product.

Great company with great products. Suggestion - please make it faster for us to pay by check. If we could print our own invoice and call in with a check routing number (or use a phone to upload like digital banking) it would shorten our timeframe and ease some stress. We are a school district that pays by a check from a booster organization and it would really be helpful to streamline the pay by check process. Thank you.

I've run many fundraisers through CustomInk and I've never been disappointed. The products are great, the design process is easy, and customer service is absolutely the best - super simple to access and very helpful. We love not having to guess on how many shirts to buy and then sell, and the option to ship directly to our families makes the distribution process so simple.
