the shopping/curation/development/checkout/support & image transfer was all well and good. The product (Bella+Canvas) however runs far too big to be publicly acceptable.

Custom Ink has the best customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. My most recent order was a re-order of a design in a different color. However, I forgot to change Spring to Fall. I waived proof approval because I have never had an issue with the design. I discovered the error two days after submitting the order. Not only did Custom Ink reach out immediately, but they also sent a proof for my approval and still delivered the product on time.

I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of designing my shirt. Then , when I decided to add another style and color, it was super easy to do that too!

I've used Custom Ink several times and have always been pleased with the ease of uploading my design and the ultimate result. This time in particular I was very impressed with the "convert to single color" option, which saved me a lot of work editing my original file.

I had found a design on a shirt i loved with a saying for Halloween & i looked high & low to find the shirt but couldn't. I saw post from this company Custom Ink & read the reviews. I decided to give them a chance sent them the picture, picked a color for a shirt & they helped me take the image & create the shirt Perfectly. Customer Service was beyond amazing helping me strategically place the design, altered the coloring to make it blend in they were great to work with. The communication through the process to delivery was amazing. Grateful I could do one shirt I am sure there use to companies or businesses but if you need anything done I would reach out to Custom Ink great Service

Good design program and they came out exactly like the design showed. Overall great experience, though I do wish that they had mor color options for the printing, like metallics...but will order from here again!

I use white shirts for my cleaning business, so they get bleached often, but they actually hold their color for quite a while before showing any fading. The quality really stands out — durable, comfortable, and reliable for everyday work. I’m very happy with the products and the overall experience.

I think it has been great working with you guys. When we need to change an order or order more of a product it has been efficient, timely and professional. Thanks for being so easy to work with and so cost efficient. I love being able to see how I can affect the cost just by ordering more or by reducing the number of colors. That is why we keep coming back!

Good experience with the customer service. They responded to all our questions over the phone. But we are disappointed with the final product as the colors printed on the t-shirts do not match the original colors.

Your process is easy and I was helped by an associate throughout the process. Overall, I like the options available for shirts and colors, but the pricing is a little high. expecially if something doesnt come out exactly right.

I will admit I was very skeptical that these would really come out as I wanted them, but I needed someone to print quickly so I was willing to give it a try. I was extremely surprised by how easy it was to use the website. In my experience "custom" website never work properly. The ink colors were exactly to the website colors which was nice. Customer service was also very helpful and friendly to ensure that my order was screen printed, not direct to print. My order showed up quickly and I was EXTREMELY happy with the final result. It is a bit more pricey compared to local companies but I would order from Custom Ink again in a heartbeat. The price is worth the high-end final product.

Amazing experience, the jerseys arrived early than expected so I very much so appreciated it! Customer service was amazing and I appreciate their attention to detail, I didn’t catch that I made a mistake and they called me to just double check and I’m very grateful they did because I wouldn’t have noticed I did the wrong color for the word outline. They noticed I had dark brown and not black for the outline around the words but I had black outline on everything else. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! And I look forward to using them in the future.

Ordered a test run of only 2 shirts to feel the quality of the specific shirt material - which was great. However, the printing being so crooked is giving pause on whether we continue using Custom Ink.

Had an issue with the color of the product but customer service was very responsive and helpful. Problem was solved quickly! Great business with great customer service.

My overall experience with Custom Ink is always the same...Excellent! I placed the order by myself, online this time. I did upgrade the shipping because I had run out of the size medium. It came so fast...it was great!!
