You guys are great. On time. Great customer service. Arrived three days early. As promised. Easy to design online.

Ordered 50 pink shirts and had my company logo and a breast cancer logo on the front, the package arrived very quickly and within 2 days I only had 8 shirts left! I will definitely be ordering again.

Overall my experience was good, and my travel group is happy with the custom T-shirts I had made. Getting men's and women's shirts to match exactly (color wise) was not easy and I did have some hiccups with the website whenever I made a change (had to start over a few times). But at the end of the day, I am glad I did this and have something fun for us to wear on our vacation!

I ordered 4 shirts with same graphics but different names on the front. All shirts were sent to one address but were shipped in separate packages using two different shipping companies. All arrived on different days. Not sure why that was done. It couldn’t have been cost effective for you as shipping cost goes.

Custom Ink took multiple orders, then I would receive a notification that they didn't have the quantity to fulfill my order. The orders then had to be cancelled, losing days in the order process. The ink color I ordered was changed to a different ink color on multiple items. The ink color had to be changed back and a new proof sent, again losing days in the process. Pay attention to your proofs!! Finally, two of the items I received were the wrong colors. I paid incredibly high rush shipping, but the production was delayed to the point that the rush shipping still didn't get my items delivered in time. Custom Ink has lost my business! Don't order from them if you need the right item in the right color in the right quantity in the right timeframe.

I have been ordering my Family Day t-shirts from Customink for several years and I’m generally happy with their customer service and the quality of their product. The shipping is reliable and quick. I will continue to use them for my family events.

This experience and the one's prior have been top notch and very professional. I called and was anxious to get an order placed to have delivered in a few days and I was walked through the entire process in a very helpful and professional manor and my order did indeed arrive as promised on time. I was immediately impressed when a person answered the phone right away and then followed up the same day in checking and replying back about my question before I submitted order. The process for designing shirt with my own art was very easy to use for placing and changing the size of the image. I was quite amazed at the quality of the print job since the image I provided had very small details that came thru just fine.

The process took a few days to complete because of all of the checks and balances in place to secure a quality outcome. The back and forth communication was easy on both computer and phone. The “Inkers” kept contacting me for reviews, updates and guidance via text which made it easy to interact. Final say was mine. Love the shirts we will use for the Breakthrough T1D walks. We now have a team uniform!

An absolute wonderful experience. My mother recently transitioned to my angel. My nephew and I wanted to represent her at a event she would have normally been at herself. It was extremely important for me to stand in for her but still have her there with me. I ordered this shirt with only a week left before the event. My biggest concern was not receiving the shirts in time. After a very easy process of designing the shirt online I chose the rush delivery and received the shirts in time! This meant so much to me. I couldn't keep count of all the compliments and how many people asking how they could get one as well. Thank you so much for each person from beginning to end at Custom Ink that is responsible for me receiving such an important shirt on time! It made my day. I would recommend Custom Ink to any and everyone!!

Custom Ink was quick and user friendly. Shipping was fast and came a day earlier than projected. We will use them again.
