I loved Custom Ink. Fast shipping, website was easy to use for designing. Great prices! Definitely purchasing more shirts in the future!

We did not fully enjoy our experience last time, several items had "watermarks" on them. You did replace them and we decided to give you another change. So far, 10 items have black markings on the sleeves, marks on the logo or the "safety green" is completely discolored, it's blotchy. We will NOT be using you again and as soon as I have a final count (we have to inspect every one again) of the unacceptable items, I will be in touch and will need free replacement. My boss wanted to go with someone else and I rooted for you. It doesn't make me look very good and I am very unhappy.

Very thankful for the product but I would love to have had more info related to the shipping. Seems like something on your website was broken. It was on "Printing" status for more than a week and then delivered. I never received notification of shipment.

Custom Ink was quick and easy to use. Overall the shirts and hats I designed were exactly what I wanted. For the shirt design it was easy to see how big I needed to make the logo on the front of the shirt with their grid guides, but they do not have the same feature on the hat design. I had to guess on how big to make the logo, and I guessed incorrectly. The logo is much smaller than I would have liked it to be. It will work, but I can't unsee it. It was an expensive learning curve. All that said, the quality of the printing is excellent. The colors of the printed logos turned out exactly as I was expected and the tshirt I ordered is exactly what I wanted. And the turn around and shipping were both much faster than I was expecting. I am satisfied overall with the experience.

Good product, fast shipping, great gift

I would like to receive a shipping notification when they were on their way. I called two days before they were supposed to arrive to check on the status of the items and they didn’t say anything about them being on their way. They did state that the tumblers were scheduled to arrive on time. They actually arrived the next day. I received an email one day after they arrived stating that they had shipped. I’m not sure why there was a delay in that email. Overall customer service was great.

Process was easy and tons of customizing features. Printing and shipping was super fast. Submission to delivery was less than 10 days.
