The design turned out great despite getting the low resolution warning on my art when I submitted the order. The website is super easy to use. Only complaint is if an artist would have QA reviewed my art they would’ve seen one minor border alignment issue but it’s not too noticeable. More order shipped way faster than I expected. Definitely would order again!

I visited several websites in attempting to get our logo mugs printed; Custom Ink was by far the most user friendly! They provided a proof for my review, and my order was produced and shipped earlier than promised! The packaging was amazing...I haven't unpacked all the mugs yet, but I don't anticipate any breakage or damage at all!

I was happy with the product. I was not happy with the delay in shipping. I was supposed to receive them by Monday and did not receive them until Thursday afternoon, which meant I couldn't organize them and pass them out until that following Monday...a week later than expected.

The website is really user friendly. Custom images are analyzed before printing to warn customers of potential clarity issues (If your image doesn't translate well magnified, they tell you before you pay). Shipping was really quick for me (PA). Will definitely recommend.
