I cannot recommend Custom Ink service highly enough! Each and every time I have created designs and ordered T-shirts through them they have come out absolutely perfect! I have used them for my personal businesses and also now starting for the churches by volunteer for!

I was nervous how my custom design would look on your T-shirt. I was given multiple opportunities to play with the design based on your product preview. The shirts are perfect! We will use custom ink for everything now!

Everything was great, minus the price. over $500 for 12 shirts is a bit much. Also having one shirt come in cotton and not tri-blend was a bummer.

Easy t create, order, and receive from start to finish it was A+ service

I have used Custom Ink several times and this most recent experience was as good as always. Your website is easy to use, with the instructions for customizing the article of clothing I chose being easy to follow and clear. And I like the fact that your inkers check the order once it is placed, yet before it goes into fabrication, and then contacted me to ensure that what i was going to get was exactly what i wanted. It was also great that they double-checked when my event date was, to ensure that I'd have my t-shirts in plenty of time. The shipment arrived quickly, well-packed, with the correct items inside. And my shirts look great! I will definitely use Custom Ink again in the future.

Great! Lacey F assisted me from the beginning. She was super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. We tried a few other places before coming to Custom Ink, figuring such a huge name company would be overrated and we could do better. Well, as much as I like to support local businesses, the customer service was very poor. It was nearly impossible to get pricing from several other places and when we did, it was way more expensive than custom ink. The agents at other places were rude and had poor communication. Custom ink was like a breath of fresh air and the whole process from quoting to checking designs to the actual delivery of our t-shirts was so smooth and much faster than I would have ever expected! We'll be returning with another order very soon!

I’ve been running my business for about three years, and during that time, I’ve ordered seasonal items such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hats with our store logo. The quality has always been excellent, and I’ve been very satisfied with every order. Because of that, I plan to continue placing orders every season going forward.

Custom Ink is my go-to for my elementary choir t-shirts every year. They are so easy to work with, even with a PO and all different size requirements. The designs available are lovely and easy to customize for my group's needs.

We had a rush order of t-shirts and received them 2 days earlier than expected! We will absolutely use Custom Ink again!

We placed orders for both these sweatshirts and a full order of t-shirts with the same design. The print on the t-shirts is much brighter and looks amazing. The colors on the sweatshirt and the style of screening is much different. The colors are muted and not nearly as clear. We were hoping, since the design was the same, that the sweatshirts and t-shirts would match and they clearly do not. We are usually very happy with our orders but this one was disappointing. The ordering experience and website are always easy to work with and we have enjoyed the customer service that you provide.

I only wanted four t-shirts with a custom screen print for my personal use, and the total cost for each shirt came to approximately. $30 per shirt. This was double the advertised price. It's not very economical for me to order just a few shirts with custom print. I'm sure the price is better for bulk orders, but I'm only ordering for myself.
