I spent far too much time dealing with customer service reps until I finally got an actual answer but they provided no helpful resolution.

It is difficult to add shirts to our initial order. We need more shirts as new members join our team. We ended up paying $40 for a single shirt but we had no other choice.

Fantastic customer service! Excellent product quality! I have been a customer for a Short time and this is my 3’rd order. I have tried others and found that the color faded, the logo wasn’t clear and the shirts after the first wash no longer fit the same. That’s why you are the best at what you do!

We had no idea what to expect! Honestly, the true color was exactly the same as depicted (so many colors to choose from!), the shipment timing was reasonable, the imprint/font is fun, and although the final cost was higher than originally expected, the quality shirts we received is well worth it!

Mostly good customer service. Good communication and could help fulfill my requests. Up charged me for express shipping when I explicitly requested standard shipping, however. And then, the product was delayed. No refund or compensation was offered for wrongly charging me, even after contacting support. The printing was also low on the sweater's back, not as expected based on the product proofing. Overall 6/10 experience.

I have used Custom Ink a few times to order my company shirts and for the most part I have had no issues I get what I ordered and if I do have any issue they fix it. I will continue to use them however the only issue I do have is they do not have a good enough selection for the Big and Tall which makes it harder to buy for people in my company who wear these but otherwise they are great.

Custom Ink customer service is great, no complain. Order arrived on time. I had issue with the purchased item regarding quality, but I cannot testify to the general quality. This specific string bag looks very cheap.

Why no Quality Control check??? You printed a white square behind my image! All shirts are unusable!

Custom ink is the absolute best company to use to make any sort of custom apparel. The quality is un matched in my opinion . The website is super easy to use. The year i started my company i used custom ink for the first time for my very first work clothes. Its been 5 years . Ive used them for everything to golf league polos to more work shirts. Im with you guys for the long haul . Keep doing what your doing . * no , this isnt a fake review, they are just that good

Easy I had no problems what so ever

I have purchased T-shirts, hoodies and long sleeve shirts from Custom Ink for many many years for our family trips. The quality has always been very good and they do a great job with the printing and designs. It's so easy to do the design on the website It takes no time at all. Wouldn't think of purchasing from any other company for personalized clothing.

No nonsense experience. I value the commitment to the deadline provided when the shirts would be delivered. This was extremely helpful.
