Designing the shirt on the website was fine, and there were lots of options for shirts and colors. However, the t-shirts seem to be cheaply made and the labels on the sleeves are inconsistently positioned and off-center. Overall, the product is satisfactory, but I would probably look at other manufacturers in the future.

I love every shirt I’ve purchased from Customer Ink, but my last shirt seems to have the design slightly off centered.

I wish the quality of the prints was better. I won't use this site again for the specific kind of image I had printed onto t-shirt gifts, but if it was simply text I'd definitely order again!

I like the finish, but the wrong color tee shirt was sent!

Custom Ink has always been a great company to work with. We have always been pleased with their customer service. The quality of their print has been a bit disappointing lately. Parts of the print peel away after washing the shirts. Some just a little bit while other shirts had pieces of the logo missing after the first wash.

Great customer service . Virtually no wait time to connect . A couple of back and forths but it all worked out well . Gonna order a couple more t-shirts .

This order was originally "botched". Instructions were to print on the back of the shirt but it arrived with the printing on the front. Customer Service went crazy over this and work insanely hard to get a new shirt printed and delivered, offering an opportunity to correct issues I had with my own original design in the process. (i.e. a "first draft") The final product is stunningly gorgeous and functional. I'm very pleased! Order again? Absolutely! I'm sharing this design with friends and I'm already thinking up my next design.

We design family shirts every year and these might be my favorite yet. They came out great and arrived before Christmas. We are very happy with them!

Website was super easy to use and my shirts were delivered on time just before Christmas! The shirt quality was good however the print on the shirt was not consistent. The text was higher on some shirts and not straight on others. I imagine this was because it was a rush order right before Christmas. Overall though, I am happy with the shirts and my family loved them!

Have always said wonderful experiences with your company this time not so much. I have sent the shirt back for a refund

Wonderful experience. I do need to order more shirts , came up a little short. Need at least 10 more

3rd single shirt order and font size was much smaller than other two Tried to get xl changed to 2xl near immediately and their response was that order was already starting to be made And yet, took what 1- 1/2 to 2 weeks to rcv so they could have certainly accommodated size change (for which I offered to pay the additional $2.50 All in all, will order from other company in the future
