We really like the design that the Custom Ink team created for us over 10 years ago. Working with Custom Ink, and being able to re-order our original design, has been great. I’m pleased we could mix youth and adult sizes (and women’s sizes) for our minimum order. We use the shirts for both business and family.

The t-shirt came out wonderfully, the picture that I uploaded was perfect. The material is a thick cotton and very well made which is great. The only thing I should have considered was the length of my shirt, and that was my fault not theirs. My husband is 6'4 250pds and I ordered a 2xl, I should have got a 3xl instead mainly just because of the length. But overall I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. Thank you!

Had a somewhat rush job, and only one shirt as well. But the turnaround and delivery was very fast, and the quality was excellent.

The website was easy to use and gave prices and art work quickly. The photo I approved, and the actual T-Shirt didn't match. The logo was bigger on the picture I approved but TINY on the merchandise. I was disappointed in that.

Based on the photo provided by the website, I was unsure of how big or how high up the image would print. Customer service was quick to call and ask a few questions, too, which was unexpected and put my mind at ease. The logo is bright and shows better on the T-shirt than on the website. The shirt is a typical t-shirt material and looks good. It arrived a week earlier than expected.

The ordering process, design correction confirmation message, and delivery timing were all satisfactory. I would definitely order from Custom Ink again for quick, professional t-shirt projects.

I love Custom Ink, and have created several designs in their design lab. It's nice to wear something that is not just an off the rack shirt, and something that you had a hand in creating. Thanks much!

I ordered 4 t-shirts with company logo. Two color options in two sizes to evaluate quality for a bigger order for my company. Results were disappointing to say there least. Image and printing were awful. The quality of printing was barely readable. The dark print on light t-shirt was more accurate in type, but logo details were so muddy as to be unusable. The light print on the dark t-shirt was, faint with multiple portions of the type dropped out. And all from the same artwork provided, but results were wildly different. Overall the quality of the fabric was cheap, and the print quality was so poor and inconsistent that all t-shirts received were unusable. And for the price, I would consider it a waste of money. If there are refunds I would gladly return the shirts.

Incredible job! I was using an old logo - low resolution with lots of errant scatter in the image. Several Custom Ink staffers worked patiently with me to improve the image so it would print nice on t-shirts. I can’t say enough how helpful everyone was.

Custom Ink is one of the few firms that makes it easy to order a low quantity of custom shirts, so I appreciate that. The image and printing look smaller in real life than they did on screen - nice but small. Plan accordingly.

Awesome service and product as always. I've ordered T-shirts and hats from you guys for years and it's always a great experience. Service was fast too, and just in time to give to my Platoon for Christmas.

As always, Custom Ink provides simply the best way to have shirts and other items made. Their website is very easy to use and allows partial projects to be resumed as the design progresses.

I am trying to figure out how to get the product that I order. For example, my design had the logo higher in the shirt that what I received. I am sure it is something I am doing wrong.

My experience was wonderful until we got to the shipping aspect! I think there needs to be more realistic timeframes presented for production and shipping estimates. I placed my order on a date that estimated it would arrive on 12/3--but my order shipped on 11/21 and arrived on 11/24 which cost us unanticipated storage fees. These shirts were for a convention and arrived over a week before the anticipated date. While we lucked out this time, our package could have been lost or incurred inflated fees! I also contacted customer service before the order shipped to see if we could delay shipping to arrive on the desired date. I was told I'd receive an email with an update from the agent...but only received the confirmation that the packages had been shipped that same day. Other than that, my experience was awesome.
