One third of the custom t shirts I ordered were completely wrong. They did not have the image I provided on the back of the t shirts. These gifts were unusable!

Customer service was great. So helpful. There are so many different brands of T-shirts, I didn’t have time to go through every single one. I knew what I was looking for and the rep helped me pick one that met my needs.

I love the shirts. Bummed that they ran a bit small since I’m not sure he’ll wear them due to sizing. The print quality, ease of ordering, communication and overall experience was great.

I ordered a custom shirt and couldn't be more pleased, the shirt itself was super soft, and fit perfectly. The image was perfect, Custom Ink will be our go to for now on. Awesome Job!!!!

I ordered around 15 or so different shirts and all but two smelled very mouldy. They were supposed to be Christmas presents for family and friends but as I write this on Christmas Eve, they still stink.

I get ads from other t-shirt printing companies, but will always choose Custom Ink - the product options are great, design is easy, and the customer service both in production and administration is stellar.

I was pleasantly surprised with my entire experience with Custom Ink. From the first phone call to receiving my shirts, I would rate my experience A-Plus! Right from the beginning, you talk to a real person. The Custom Ink website is very user friendly and I could basically design my own logo! It was fun. Elizabeth was fabulous to work with, so helpful and encouraging! My order arrived right when she said it would and everything was perfect. I am so excited to have this resource for future projects . . . and I did it all from my kitchen table!! Thank you!

Easy to use website to custom design and order a T-shirt.

I love making shirts on Custom Ink. The create tools are simple to use and my shirts come out beautiful. The prices are reasonable. The biggest compliment is that people will stop and ask me where I bought my shirt. They are surprised when I tell them I created it on Custom Ink.

This is the second year in a row that we have had custom-printed T-shirts ordered from Custom Ink for our New Year’s Eve party. Everyone loves them!!

Love my experience but there needs to be more options that offer children's, and adults (men and woman's) sizes. Makes it easier to order the same shirt for everyone.

It went well. Your staff person walked me clearly thru the process. I suspect there will be orders from some of my friends as I get out-and-about wearing the shirt!

I am a regular Custom Ink customer and normally love the product and services provided through the company. However, this experience was disappointing. Finding and designing our product was the easiest part of the entire experience. Costs were great and shipping was fast. However, upon receipt of the first design proof, I was flabbergasted. I knew that I would more than likely have to compromise on some parts due to some complexities in the design, but every edit I asked for yielded a proof further and further from the original rendering. Eventually, I connected with a customer service representative, who literally sent a screenshot of the first proof, and while their service was great and they seemed helpful on our chat, the proof still did not match what I was looking for (which was what they had already made 4 proofs before). However, it was the best I had received, so I decided to move forward given our now tight deadline. Shipping was very fast, which I appreciated, however the product did not look like the website photos. The vibrant green color on the website showed as a darker, muted green, and the "tan" khaki mesh on the website was more of a green khaki mesh instead that was not great quality. It definitely interferes with the integrity of the hat (not sturdy, etc.). In the future, I will not buy any hats from the Custom Ink website, only t-shirts or other clothing items specifically.
