The shirts were pricey for a small order, but the end product was great. I really liked the District Tri-Blend shirts and the printing was excellent. We had an issue with design placement initially, but it was rectified. Luckily the items arrived just in time!

Had a good experience Henry the associate from the store was awesome with assisting with what I was trying to accomplish and helping me with ordering what I only needed and was professional! Great experience! He has a made me a regular and will [refer to go to him every time I am in need of logo materials! I'll be back for more! Built a relationship and will be a benefit for my future!

I had a little trouble with placement of my design but, it was my first try. I wish my design was a bit lower on the chest of the shirt but that was my error. Custom Ink came through with a quality product. Shipping was very quick!

Not really happy...needed a large order of shirts so purchased smaller batch first for fit. Something changed with the shirt size between my orders. The large batch of shirts had the logo off center and now the shirts are smaller...probably will try someone local next time even if they are more expensive so I can control the quality of the job a bit better.

I appreciated how simple it was to upload our own design, and especially appreciate the design proof confirmation before printing. I almost tried another company but happy I went with Custom Ink again!

I'm disappointed in the quality of help I received trying to size the lettering of the front and back of the t-shirt and really upset that I receive the larger lettering size that I specifically did not order.

Customer provided a product for me. That was exactly what I wanted. The fit was perfect, the triblend is so comfortable and soft on my skin. I wanna wear it every day. The graphics came out exactly as I wanted. Overall, I would recommend custom ink to anybody who wants a quality product.

Time from order to delivery: acceptable time frame, no complaints. Shipping: no package damage. Expectations: Exceeded expectations. We are trying out different companies in the hopes of changing who we use for merch and was pleasantly surprised that this beats the pants off who we presently use. We are also seeking extended sizes. This company checks all the boxes for us. THANKS. Great job.

Was easier to use than another site I tried - more intuitive

Great customer service! They made sure that the design and colors were perfect! Custom Ink is the first place I decided to try for printing shirts advertising my daughter’s marketing firm. They are a surprise and I know she is going to absolutely love them!!

The tshirts themselves are nice and a reasonable price. However, I would be cautious trying to create a custom design that uses a specific color pallete or logo. The color match on the tshirts I purchased was completely off and some of the colors that show as solid on the website are variegated in person. The final printed tshirt design did not match well with the final approved design on the website.

Overall, I'm happy with my experience. My shirts w/ my custom logo turned out awesome. I've has a lot of compliments. My hats on the other hand were very bad. I contacted customer service and they agreed. They are sending additional replacements and making it right. We will see how that goes, but if they turn out like the shirts we will be super happy. Customer service has been on top of it so even though the hats originally didn't turn out ideal, I've got to see how they back their product and try to make it right.

Overall, the website interface and customer service were excellent. I appreciate the quick shipping, the ability to approve the final proofs and make changes to the sizes and numbering upon review. The final product was a little lackluster. The logo was much smaller than it appeared online and the sizes in general ran quite large. It was a learning experience so I know what to do differently next time I order, but it would've been nice to get exactly what I wanted on the first try.
