Dealing with the online design process was a little bit challenging. I had a hard time making sure the name in the upper left chest area was aligned correctly. I was extremely worried it wouldn’t be in the right spot. Your design work looks amazing and was done very quick. Shipping was also fast. Though getting the small holes in the bag and getting dirt on my new hoodie was annoying. Over all I appreciated all aspects for designing to workmanship and fast shipping. Thank you
