The uploading and scaling of my source image on the Custom Ink website was easy. I'm pleased that Custom Ink was able to isolate my music CD cover graphic-- which was designed onto a red background-- onto a red shirt without having a red printed rectangle around it. Project turnaround time was fast--about a week. I'm not sure if I got a shipping notification or not before I saw my big box on my porch.

The customer service for custom ink is phenomenal. I was worried about the notebook not arriving in time due to licensing concerns with my institution but they handled and shipped it express and it arrive just in time. Great phone service and reassurances too.
