I've been happy with all of my previous orders. This order, however, had a shirt that was printed off center. I've requested a replacement, but I've not heard back from Custom Ink. They've not acknowledged the mistake or my request for a replacement. I find it odd that I'd receive a survey before a resolution. It's hard to give positive results when my order is wrong.

Custom Ink stayed on top of the order from cradle to grave. When I first made my order they said that the image I was using was not high enough quality to look good on the shirt. They said it would be blury. I worked with there support team and was able to find the image that would work. When my order was shipped, it was missing some of the shirts. I contacted their support team and within 2 days they found the shirts and had them rushed to my location at no extra charge. Customer support is hard to find now a days, but in my opinion, Custom Ink is the benchmark all companies should strive too.

Great website and printing. Poor shirt quality.

The site was very easy to use. I was able to upload a simple graphic I made, then combine it with text on the design tools page. Shirts came right on time, the way the looked on screen.

A great experience working with Custom Ink! It was easy to create a shirt through their design app, just drag and drop my art/logos and move or resize as needed which let create a shirt that all of our club members really liked. Communication and delivery were great and timely and we will definitely use Custom Ink again!

It was my first experience. Went really well. It would be great to have a way to order a bunch of different shirts to test the fit/feel and send them back if possible before ordering.

The print was perfect on ours shirts! Customer service was great. But the gilden shirts we chose shrunk within the first wash and became unwearable because they were a size too small. We have never ran into this problem with gilden shirts before.

Experience in ordering the product is great, but the actual product itself is very different than on screen, would be helpful to see a REAL image of the color of the shirt head of producing vs the on CMYK (on the screen so different). I'd love to see if we can do a rerun, if possible. The color was way off so we are unable to use for our event so these will go to waste :(

For the price- the prints are off center and shirts seem on the small size.

Multiple options available. I only needed one shirt. It was nicely and quickly done. Very satisfied!
