The initial re-order process was smooth. However, I was not kept informed about the status of the order. If I didn't check on it myself periodically, I wouldn't have known there was a delay. I shared this concern with Customer Service when I spoke with them. By being proactive and checking myself, I was able to resolve the issue and move the order along. We did end up receiving our order on time, and the final product came out great.

I had some artwork that my father made before he passed away using old t shirts he had worn out. He edited scans of the shirts to make new ones but he passed before getting a chance to make them. I got some made for me and my uncle to wear, because they are cool shirts and they came out great. Thanks.
