Custom Ink has always provided me with great service and a site that is very easy to use for designing. Originally, I ordered t-shirts that were screen printed and looked fantastic. When the digital printing first started, the results were less than stellar...but I can see that they have improved significantly over time. My latest order with a digital print looks almost as good as a screen-printed shirt...I'm rather impressed. That said, I do wish that the product descriptions would be a little more transparent about the threshold needed for a screen-printing run. One thing that I would also suggest is when shipping a single shirt, it may be helpful to ship the shirt turned inside out to lessen the risk of the design being scuffed in shipping (especially if the plastic shipping bag is mishandled in transit)....not a complaint, however, just an observation.

Custom Ink has been consistently fantastic to work with over the years. Their motto of "We'll make it right, or we'll make it right" isn't just fluff. Whether I have a big order or small, they make it just like I want it. If something is missing or I need more, they fix it, and FAST. I really can't say enough good things about their customer service or the ease of the design process. At this point I can't imagine using another company for my printing needs.

The T-shirt printing was not what we wanted. The color was off. There was not gloss on it. We were highly disappointed.

I was excited to find dayglow, custom, t shirts in quantities that fit the size of my startup my company - i ordered nine and other sites head minimums of twenty five. Unfortunately, the quality of the printing was poor. The solid, color graphic i recieved of my logo is almost see through. If the graphic issue were improved, I would order from custom ink again. Unless I hear from the about fixing this issue, I won't.
