Custom ink has very good service and customer care. We have had issues with prints in the case of shirt color appearing different than shown on screen, which their samples solve the issue. Now, the screen-printing color appears different than the screen making the overall shirt unrecognizable besides being a maroon shirt. For a team shirt, it will be difficult this year for other teams to see our name and make sure they are at the right game.

I wanted to order more with the Southern Construction Band on the back and also a small one on the front right. However I am unable to figure out how to make the front one smaller. Also my concern is that the lable will wash off.

This site is exactly what I would expect from a printing site in 2026. It's super easy to navigate the site, I can manage all my designs and orders easily, and the customer service is honestly stunningly good. When most people outsource or automate customer service, Custom Ink doesn't. Every time I have emailed or ordered from them, I have received nothing but polite, helpful emails from their staff. They care hard, and it's worth the price for their products.

The ordering process was pretty easy, the quality of the pullover is nice, the printing was less desireable and looks like an iron on decal that I could've done at home - super disappointed because I've ordered in the past.
