In less than a week, I was able to get his designs onto CustomInk's website, format them for kids sweatshirts, have them printed, and get them delivered. I desperately needed to change an item on the design that rendered the product unusable. Although the item was not printed yet, Custom Ink refused to stop the process. So, I have 200 koozies going in the garbage. My advice is make double certain that you are ready to print before you say "Go"

The team was super helpful and made sure we were good to go before I got off the phone with them. I did have to wait for a while on hold because they were busy, but not necessarily their fault. I appreciated they took the time to make sure my stuff was going to print clearly.
