I put my order in and requested expedited shipping, and then 24 hours later realized I needed to add two more shirts. My order had already started printing, so I knew I'd have to reorder because it was too late to add the extra shirts to my original order. Therefore, I expected to have to pay a ton for just ordering two shirts. I explained my situation when I put in my reorder, and the customer service agent reached out to me promptly and **without me asking** gave me the same price for the two extra shirts as what I was given for my original order (approx 20 shirts) and added on our tax exempt status (I work for a non-profit). I was amazed and so impressed with that customer service! Thank you!

My only negative was that the original long sleeved shirt I wanted was not available for a single item order. I had to settle for a second choice and could not get the color I wanted. Otherwise, the quality and service was very good.

The day after I placed my order, I checked in on the status and looked at the proof of the design, which was slightly different from the original. I chatted with customer service and they said it had already been sent to the printer and couldn't be adjusted. Fast, probably not a big deal, but it rubs me the wrong way that any changes would be made to the design and sent to the printer without being approved by the customer. When the shirts arrived, the layout looked fine enough, but the quality of the print is piss-poor. Feels cheap, blurry edges. The odd, blurry edges crate the appearance of an undesirable white outline around the black letters on the tie-dye shirt. Maybe their screen printing services are better, but this digital print job is trash; not the work of a company trying to be taken seriously. I submitted pictures and such when my order arrived, but have yet to hear back from customer service before this solicitation for a review arrived.

The online experience and speed are nice, but the QA process is not good. I was never given a choice on print options, proofs do not look similar to output, shirts were printed off center(another order). The only positive experience I've ever had with Custom Ink is physically going into a store, working with their rep and continuously critiquing the work. Not a fun experience. The online experience is just super messy. One printer faded the shirts, one printed off center and one shirts edges were off. Can't recommend working with Custom Ink.

Great prices. Was going through a local company that was charging 10$ more. Just happened to stumble across custom ink. They also redid my shirt uploads for better quality for free and messaged me every step of the way.

First off needed the T-shirt by a certain date and it arrived a week early that's a plus next, the T-shirt turned out exactly how I put it together online I really enjoyed the experience of that last but certainly not least Custom ink with most definitely be receiving more orders from me in the near futur thanks to everyone who was apart of the process

The process of designing the shirt through the website was easy, user-friendly, and the quality of the design turned out great on the final product when I received it. The shirts were comfortable and fit well and were true to size. The order arrived five days earlier than expected/what I was told when I placed the order. Thoroughly pleased with the experience from start to finish.

This company is really great to work with. We did a group order and I did LOTS of chats. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgable. It helped make it go smoothly. Shirts look awesome and I appreciate the quality work on them.

Overall custom ink is easy to use and shirts are good quality. For bulk orders they are money savers. The color matching isnt always the best but it is still good. This oder had a minor screen print error but nothing major. Previous order did not have this error.

Shirts were completed and delivered ahead of schedule.

great experience. i used Custom Ink for a friend's contracting company, for him and his son to wear the shirts. I designed the logo and the top of the tree was cut off, but Custom Ink fixed the top and printed it perfectly.

I ordered 3 shirts. The logos on two of them were peeling off when they arrived, so those 2 are useless. I expect that the logo on the 3rd shirt will come off the first time I wash it. Very disappointing.
