I ordered the AllPro Interlock shirt and Gildan 50/50 hoodies. For the shirts, the print quality was very good, but there were some issues with the prints being crooked. I would recommend Custom Ink for the shirt with simple designs (for instance logo placement not super sensitive to being crooked). The order arrived early, but I would have preferred it take longer and be printed straight the first time. The other note I'll leave is that the women's specific cut of the shirt ran slightly small in my opinion. For the hoodies (Gildan 50/50 blend), they were super soft, but the printing wasn't solid on the material and the colors were super dull compared to the shirts). I also had what I would hope to be a glitch in quality control as half the colors and design had been omitted from the front of the hoodies. In the end, customer service was great, and I would recommend Custom Ink for certain applications - shirts with slightly simpler designs, especially for bulk orders. I'm not sure I would do the hoodies again, as I'm not sure what the typical print quality (color quality and saturation) would be. I recommend requesting proofs as there were edits to the design that I hadn't anticipated.

Always very easy to navigate their website, pick your product, make your own designs, and complete the purchase. Delivery comes quickly. If their printing team thinks there might be an issue, they contact you to verify your design with hints to improve, but you have the final say.
