The shirt material is not what I expected.

Custom Ink gave me a very large number of shirts to choose from, even with the idea in my head that I wanted a Tri-Blend shirt. It was very easy to upload my design to the site and manipulate exactly how I wanted it to look on the shirt. Choosing what sizes I wanted was also really easy, the checkout process was simple, and the delivery/shipping was quick, even without expediting. I highly recommend Custom Ink for any order, large or small.

My husband and I ordered all of our business shirts and supplies from here so I was very surprised to be disappointed in our products this time.

All was good. I know I’m not the only customer, but would have like a little quicker turnaround. I got the t-shirts when they quoted, but still seemed to take a long time. I’m very happy with how they turned out tho.

Trying to communicate with custom ink was a nightmare. We have worked with them for over 3 yrs and never have we experienced this back and forth of confusing and unhelpful communication. The rep kept changing, people kept getting left off of communications which delayed our ordering process, and all the answer we got were AI / Robotic. We paid extra for super rush shipping and we got it at the same time as if we paid regular rush shipping and felt scammed. We needed these shirts for a super important event for the staff that helped tied together everything but arrived too late for the event wasting our time and effort.

I was remarkably impressed at just how quickly I received the T-shirt and what excellent quality the shirt itself is. I give Custom Ink 5 Stars!!

I’ve been using Custom Ink annually for my family’s reunion picnic t-shirts. I find their products to be of the highest quality and the printing is superb. I highly recommend them.

Custom Ink's interface, ordering process, and prices are all about right, but having 100 shirt material options to choose from doesn't help because I have no idea what the shirts wear/feel like by their descriptions. That and the actual print is always a bit lackluster -- colors feel duller than in the preview, and the design never comes out perfectly aligned.

We do like this company. We have ordered team shirts for the llast 7 years. It is easy to design and to order.

I found it easy to make my husband work shirts for his bday. It’s really hot in Texas and I was trying to get him work shirts more comfortable for his extra long shirts in the heat.

Custom ink was quick to get our order in. I love that you can see the estimated time of delivery when figuring out when to place and order. Its super helpful for schools staff shirts to make sure they get here in time. I appreciate how easy and informed I was throughout the entire process.
