Originally, I tried to work with the chat box but had to run to a meeting. I asked if I could send the information for the order over email. The chatbot sent me an email for follow-up. I responded with the necessary information for the order. I did not receive a confirmation or follow-up email. I started the process again the following day with the chat box and there was no record of starting an order. The timing still worked out, but it was frustrating. Once I had time the following day to sit with the chat box, everything went extremely smooth and the order still arrived with plenty of time.

As this was my first time to use Custom Link, I was pleased with their excellent customer service. I was able to communicate and connect on the online chat with a live person. The quality print and the sizing of the logo on the shirts were perfect. Delivery was efficient and in a timely manner. Kudos to the printing and design team for fulfilling the orders quickly and shipped. Overall, it was a positive experience!
