We were sent incorrect sizes the first time we received the order - two of the shirts were youth XLs instead of adult XLs. I contacted support and they confirmed that they were sending us a new order with the two shirts in the correct sizes. We received the package yesterday and CustomInk sent youth XLs again. The original order was placed over a month ago and we are now going to have students without their shirts for our event on Monday. This is the third year in a row where there have been issues with CustomInk orders.

The print quality is remarkable, shirt itself is the exact fit I was hoping for and the quality of the shirt material is top notch.

We used to be able to work with a designer to create quality designs for our shirts. We are repeat customers and always happy with the results. This year's experience was very disappointing. The only design option we were given was to use the available clipart on the website. This was amid being told several times the image we planned to use was both usable and that we were unable to use it. The back and forth did not instill confidence in the project. I also feel there was less communication through the process than in previous years. Communication was mostly via phone on a bad connection - it was usually hard to hear/understand the representative. Custom Ink contacted me regarding the delayed delivery instead of dealing with UPS directly to confirm whether our lost package was delivered or not. It was delivered past our estimated date. We are not happy with the process and will not be utilizing Custom Ink again. It could work if you have a predesigned logo or company logo if you wish to do a basic item.

This isn't my first time using Custom Ink, but it is my first time using a photo on a shirt Some of the shirts had defects on the picture like bright yellow blobs or spots of black. One of the shirts had what looked like dirt ground into it. Of the 31 shirts, 3 of them had an issue. I will continue to order from Custom Ink, and just understand that using a photo on the shirt may cause some issues.

The website was easy to navigate & to upload art & place an order. Pricing is kind of high, but we needed shirts in a pinch. Calling into customer service to correct an error I made on our order was made with ease & my issue was immediately taken care of.

Mark and his team did there thing. I really appreciate how fast the shirts came and that every shirt fit as well.
