The overall experience with Custom Ink was great. I love the fact that I can order one t-shirt if that's all I need. I was happy with the color selection.

Custom Ink support for my order was exceptional, understood what I required and it came out perfectly - vibrant colors and very pleased!

Artwork was excellent!!! Shirts look very nice. My only concern is the size!! They run large … unfortunately they will be very big on us 😩

Everything was great the image was clear and not fuzzy, had many designs and color options. Website was easy to use and to create designs. The way the shirts were package shows that they cared. Customer service was always in contact via email. Overall, everything was great will be using again and will recommend to others.

My order was more complex than not, so the amount of back and forth is to be expected. That could be tightened up a little, but honestly your team did well with the work. The colors had to be redone, but they were right the second time. All in all, for offering 3 options to my team and shipping to each address - I am impressed. Thank you!

We received a wrong shirt with completely wrong printing on the back. Some of the colors were off. Other than that, our design was easy to make and printed well.

As usual ( 10+ orders) - excellent customer service on the phone - they get it done efficiently in a professional, friendly manner. Website is great for instant quotes and seeing size/color availability in a great variety of products. Follow up was prompt- great quality printing- delivered before promised date.

Easy to use website to allow me to upload my logo, mess with fonts and colors and get a view of what the finished product will look like (very realistic pic). My order was actually delivered earlier than expected and just in time for us to sell at one of our shows.

Website experience is great. It's fast, intuitive, and easy to upload artwork and edit your design. The quality of print does not match the customer experience on the website. Our products were disappointing when compared to the 3 other brands we got test prints from - low vibrance of the print / colors, a very thin print that has fabric showing through, rough print texture.

I like you guys. I think I buy something every year for my team. I messed up this year thinking I ordered embroidered. I received printed and checked the order and that's what I ordered. Not bad but not embroidered. I'll be more careful next time. Vests run large.

We placed orders for both these sweatshirts and a full order of t-shirts with the same design. The print on the t-shirts is much brighter and looks amazing. The colors on the sweatshirt and the style of screening is much different. The colors are muted and not nearly as clear. We were hoping, since the design was the same, that the sweatshirts and t-shirts would match and they clearly do not. We are usually very happy with our orders but this one was disappointing. The ordering experience and website are always easy to work with and we have enjoyed the customer service that you provide.

Shirts dimensions/sizes and material descriptions were misleading. Can't use the shirts since they run too small
