I placed an order for (10) XL shirts by mistake and then immediately sent an email asking to change sizes (to 5 XL and 5 2XL) - and the anticipated ship date was 2 weeks away. The email I received immediately following said, "sorry your order is already in production". This was an error on my end I agree, however I wanted to change it - and wasnt able to.

Love CustomInk, have been buying t's for my guys every year and enjoy using the web based tools, shipping is fast and the price is very good.

It was all extremely easy, from the ordering and customizing to the shipping. Our products also arrived 5 days prior that they were supposed to which was amazing.

Setting up the order was easy, the quality was excellent, and the time to ship and arrive was fast.

10/10 will use again. I’ve used CI in the past and they have only gotten better. Prices are always fair, customer design is easy and fun, shipping is always accurate if not earlier than expected. These are reasons they’ve been for as long as they have.

Great experience. Worked well, affordable and quality product. Only wish was that there were less questions about licensing concerns so it could have been shipped faster.

Quality Custom shirt but Shipping is slower than expected

Custom Ink was a great resource for our business uniform needs. I had to order an assortment of items from a polo short, tee shirts, hoodies, and embroidered caps. I was able to choose from different manufacturers to get the best quality and fit. The “no minimum” on most items was very helpful. I used my own logo/artwork and had items printed and embroidered, all the items look great! Production and shipping was also timely even though it’s the busy holiday shipping season. Overall, my experience was overwhelming positive and I highly recommend Custom Ink for all your custom printed/embroidered needs.

Custom ink has been an awesome tool to create some of my most memorable Christmas gifts. Their design workshop is relatively easy to navigate and use, and my only complaint is that once you rotate an image or shape, you cannot adjust the width and height separately. Shipping is straightforward and I have had no issues so far with that. Thank you Custom Ink workers and all you do to bring designs to life!

Overall I had a good experience. Shipping wasnt to long it was just perfect timing.
