I was extremely impressed with customer service. They noticed that my image would print pixelated, requested an image they could edit themselves, and then fixed it. All while not missing my shipping constrains. I was very impressed!!!

Placed a last minute order and did not see a shipping option that met my needs. I engaged the online chat service and their customer service rep was able to get me express shipping that got my merchandise to me with two days to spare! They went above and beyond my expectations! The flasks are great. Even thought my image had to be altered to be printed, it still turned out well. It would have been great if these arrived in time for my wedding so we could have actually used them. I paid almost $100 for the rapid delivery, but these still arrived too late, even after I approved the draft <10 minutes after the email came in. Now I have to spend another $100 to ship these out to everyone.

My overall experience with the ease of creating the design and customer service to the timely shipping (it came two days earlier than expected) was excellent. The product is for a High School sports banquet. The boys are going to love their bags!

Great job, quick shipping, larger sizes can be a challenge, it makes it uncomfortable to give shirts to most people and not to a few because of their size 😢
